We finally got an Aldi!! I have been forced to live without one for over 20 yrs! My husband and I are all excited like little kids when we get in there. 😂😂🤣
I just adopted another rescue dog yesterday. He only had a few hours left, before he was to be put down. I also have 7 kitties. Every animal we have is a rescue or we found them homeless.

Thanks for videoing while you shopped in Aldi. My hubby always tries to rush us through and I miss all these goodies. Seems like our Aldi store shelves in our DFW area have had a lot of empty spaces. I throughly enjoyed shopping with you today ❣️
I absolutely LOVE that marzetti simply dressed balsamic!! And it’s soy free so I can eat it!! Luv the croissant buns too!! Aldi is amazing!! I have got to try that avocado salsa omg 🤤. I swear those cheese ritz minis are literally ritz! Taste just like them! The snack trays are so gr8! Thx for the video Jen!! Loved it!! The chickpea salad is so good!!
If they ever have the Shrimp and Lobster Mac and cheese, get it😊. We really liked it! Haha, I guess I should have waited to write a message 😂 And yes, the Lobster Mac and cheese is good too. They don’t always have them but they’re good to have in the freezer when it’s just hubby and I.
Mine has the salted caramel and the pumpkin spice would loved the fudge ones 😋 The griller veggie tray is good. I thought it was weird to have carrots but was actually good.
I also have a trunk organizer (without cooler) and I play a fun little game with grocery pickups--will any of them put my items INSIDE the organizer? It's so funny to me that they almost never do, even when I get a ton of food and they are stacking my case of water on top of my bread because it won't fit in the trunk.. they are careful to avoid the empty trunk organizer. Let us know if it's the same where you are. ;) Anyway, we bought the lobster mac and cheese. You can either microwave or bake it, and my husband microwaved it. It smelled very very strong and the texture was not good. He said it was okay/meh--not great but not really bad. I think it might have been better if he'd baked it, but it still didn't sound like the increase in quality would make it worth buying it again.
My Aldi always seems to only have one employee checking everyone out and our isle of shame was a hot mess with stuff thrown all over the shelves. I think watching this video was better than my in person shopping.
The salads in the refrigerated section look like they are worth trying. The 3.99 'baskets' I'd use those for trunk organizers. Oh, I need a fan for my desk at school. Have you every tried the Belgian baking chips? I love them. Puppy? Yeah!
My son was just asking to do a lemonade stand that would be perfect for him but sadly Canada doesn't have a Aldi And for myself I would love the turtle crackers! Turtles are one of my favourite animals 🐢
The lobster Mac n cheese is very good and I can get 6 servings out of it. The shrimp skewers are really good we had shrimp on the Barbie tho we had the garlic butter one. My grandson loved them and he is 10. If you come across the bay scallops buy them. They just melt in your mouth and have a nice buttery taste. Walhberg sauce I have never tried, but when they had the burger patties I bought some, they are wonderful. My husband loved them. I thought they were very good and I am not a big beef eater.

Hi Jen it’s interesting to see how different the stock is between US and Australia. We don’t have as much variety and our shops are a bit smaller I think. Loved this shop with me! We have an Aldi but it is smaller so we don’t get as many “finds”. The Snyder’s twisted pretzels are similar to Dots. They are good but I wish they were crispier.
I need to take a trip to LS to get some more Owls and TJ to get me some of my favorites there. Though there are 3 Aldi’s in my community I still haven’t decided which one I want to shop at. I even want to check out ❤️💙’s Aldi though it’s 30 minutes away.

Those Strawberry Milkshake Frosted Flakes I bought for my daughter... sadly I ate the whole box in 2 days... & I never eat cereal. I tried a piece dry and couldn't help myself lol
1000% recommend the almond nature valley biscuit things, but the peanut butter are very mediocre. Coming from someone who is not big on snacks, I always buy the almond ones and they taste truely good.
That girlie Aioli is bomb! I love it! Also I got one of those kids chairs for my son for Christmas two years ago, it’s a shark one and it’s helped up great. Can’t believe all the stuff you found! I need to get to Aldi asap!
In case you are a swinger 🤣 girl stop! I just found out upside-down pineapples aren't just for cakes this past year when hubs were ummm researching 🤣. Now I understand some of the front porch flags. This whole time I thought they put them on wrong 🤣.
The Croissant Buns are not new and they are awesome. I’ve seen them for years. I love them for burgers and sandwiches. My son loves them. I just found two of them in my freezer that I forgot about. $4 for a package is so cheap. They just went up to $6 for brioche and that is extremely similar to those. Nashville Hot chips are noticeably hot and they are delicious. I was at our local Aldi today. I tried to find the smoked turkey and they didn’t have it. We have the Wahlburgers sauce. It’s ok. We have had the lobster Mac n cheese and it wasn’t that great.
I live pretty equal distance to three Aldi stores and I never go to any of them. When I have gone in the past I wasn't impressed, especially with the produce. I remember back in the day when you could only pay with cash and not even write a check. I hated that. I know you can use credit cards now which is a bonus. Target, Whole Foods and Natural Grocers are right across the street, so I find myself just shopping there depending on what I need.
I prefer basic grocery halls where you just show the food. I don't like the ones where you shop. You could do both where you shop and then do hour haul.
In Ireland we’re encouraged to support local as much as possible. Lately I notice that a lot of US CZcamsrs are spending excessive amounts of money on stuff. Current financial climate here doesn’t allow for this expenditure I’m afraid. Just and FYI. No offence meant

Those square snack bags walmart sells them. I found olive oil keeps avocados from turning brown.

I was Shocked to find out that my family really likes the Mama Cozy brand pizzas! We also like the generic brand ritz mini sandwiches.
