The reason why you have manboobs is because your diet has too much sugar. Sugar decreases testosterone and increases estrogen. When you have too much estrogen as a man, that’s how you get man boobs. Cut out sugar and hopefully your boobs will reduce

honestly u just gotta keep workiing out. build ur upper chest and especially ur lower chest.
I’ve got gyno had it for around 14 years from pubity, also relatively lean and it was noticeable.
Since then I’ve dropped a ton of weight and now “lean” and it’s much harder to see, so hope that helps you 👍🏼
