Carlos Lamadrid 4 times the strongest man in the world.. You wanna be that strong? You need to train for years, many years, as hard as you can without ever quitting and you need to eat, and keep eating, never stop eating. You need to hire a coach and a dietician and adhere to their plans strictly without fail. You also need to be over 6 feet 5 inches tall in order to hold all the mass necessary for that level of strength. If you're under 6 foot you won't be able to reach Brian Shaw, Eddie Hall, Hafthor Bjornsen levels of strength. You gotta want it and nothing else, and you gotta give up absolutely everything else, you gotta focus on and live and breathe and be strongman.
