    What is eLearning?
This is Mary. She is worried about her KPI this month; still, she has to go to her company’s annual one-week sales training in New York.
This is Mark. He pays out, again and again, to teach his sales team how to offer product updates to their clients.
Mark faces a decline in sales every year when his team is out of the office studying hard in New York. They are studying hard, right?
Well, Mark, we have some bad news for you…
00:00:29 eLearning (which means learning delivered electronically) can totally overhaul this entire situation!
And it takes just two steps to launch eLearning in your company:
    - The first step is to create engaging online courses and quizzes.
    - For the second step, you upload courses to your learning management system (or LMS) and assign them to learners.
Employees can take these courses from any device, and you can easily track their progress.
00:00:55 There are different forms of eLearning to choose from:
    - Synchronous learning is, for example, a webinar led by an instructor. It needs all the participants to be available online at the same time.
    - Asynchronous learning allows learners to access information whenever they need, and to be more independent in their learning process.
    - Blended learning is a mix of synchronous and asynchronous formats. This approach is even more flexible and can be easily molded to any learning goal.
    - In microlearning, all materials are split into short and easy-to-digest learning bytes. Employees can take 5-minute courses on their mobile devices anytime they need.
    - Virtual reality in eLearning allows learners to develop skills while gaining experience in a risk-free environment.
00:01:39 eLearning helps everyone achieve their goals quicker and easier.
Now, Mark doesn’t pay for transport and accommodation for his team and instructor. It takes just a few days to launch a new training program.
And Mark now knows exactly how well Mary has studied.
And Mary has started selling more and was even promoted, as she
    - spends more time working, not training
    - retains information better
    - and can always refresh her knowledge.
Well, here is Mark again. He seems to be much happier and more successful now.
He chose the right way to develop his team and the right tools for eLearning.
iSpring. The right software for eLearning.

Hello, thanks for your question! This video was created in Adobe After Effects. But if you want to see real PPT courses created with iSpring Suite, you’re welcome to check our eLearning demos at ispri.ng/XNmvK

@@iSpringPro Thanks for the revert. I own a iSpring Suite licence. Used it for the last 4 years. Its pretty good and easy to use.
But why do you do such presentations in Adobe Software if you are promoting your own great product iSpring?
Your iSpring software has the capability of producing such content, of course if you have the necessary high end skills of making the PowerPoint presentations.
And I have checked the demos on your site link provided. All the videos there are pretty good

      Hello!
Thank you for your kind words about our company! We're glad that you are enjoying iSpring Suite. It's possible to make an animated video with either iSpring or PowerPoint. However, it's easier to use a professional animation tool that features more capabilities for creating visual effects and motion graphics than PowerPoint. iSpring Suite is designed for creating interactive courses, assessments, and simulations, and it's a perfect choice when you need to create engaging training materials for your team.

Good overview but give me a break with the "employees being bad" scenario. Elearning isn't used to prevent employees from going dancing at night on a work trip. Are they supposed to be studying 14 hours a day? Lol. Elearning is to help deliver consistent training to employees globally and save money. Your problem setup is weak and a bit ridiculous.

Michael, thanks for the review. You're probably right, we need to rethink that in the future videos.

As an e-learning consultant I had the exact same thought, and was honestly quite offended by this video. Thanks for pointing it out.
