Winter log work

- Keeping the log and kindling pile stocked up. Using a splitting axe and stihl chainsaw to cut and split seasoned logs. It was a very cold -7 morning but doing this type of work keeps you warm during the winter months.

Hi Chris, perfect job for the weather to keep warm. I love working in the cold dry weather it's so productive.
I can't take advantage of it as I'm off work unwell atm. Had a chest infection before Xmas and into new yr. Wasn't recovering well ended up in hospital turns out I've got deep vein thrombosis which has led to pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. And to top it off I have asthma I'm only 42yo but feel like an oap🙉😫
Missed out on alot of days shooting as well 🙈🤬
Sorry to hear about your rough time pal. Its sucks that we create and maintain beautiful areas and sacrifice ourselves in the process.
Its my 40th next year and I can tell I've slown up. I do feel a lot more than even a couple of years ago 😢😭😂
