    Could you try do 2 zoom tables in the future? Would be a bit easier to follow the action and let you talk more about the hands.

    4:21, xraising J9 here is a huge deviation, any particular reason as to why you did it?

    5:15 seems like a pretty loose call BB vs BTN 3b with Q8hh. Is this a player dependent exploit?

      @madmanslime3188 Před 3 lety +1

      It's very standard, if the player bet closer to 3/4's pot you could probably begin folding, but against a 1/4 pot bet, you just have to defend (2 overs, backdoor flush and straight). I've run solves on similar spots and my estimation would be that this folding is losing around 1/2 a big blind (a fairly large punt at 1000nl). If I were in the spot, I would likely have check-raised though, people drastically under defend to flop check raises, and would be making a mistake by folding even the weakest of pairs (excluding deuces maybe).

      Oh lol, I play mostly shortstacked (tourney's). I just looked at a 100bb chart and it's slightly losing (Q9s is the cutoff point, sometimes calling). Certainly fine if you believe you have a post flop edge. Kinda surprising, I've been calling stuff like Q6s on a regular basis assuming that it was break even.

    don´t get the little obsession over that one guy´s river snapfold but otherwise good video :D

    • @SN-qu2gz
      @SN-qu2gz Před 3 lety +4

      I think he was saying that the snap fold gives him some information about the player type. 1. He was on some type of draw. 2. The guy never even considered bluff rasing the river. 3. The player is probably playing a very straight forward or hand value oriented game. 4. Probably not a guy you want to pay off in future hands.
      I could be wrong about all this but that was my take on it. Cheers

      @@davidfong7848 Yes I agree. I was just commenting on what I thought he meant when he was making a note on the guy. Game of limited information, so you just use what info you have so far, the best you can, and don't jump to huge conclusions. Cheers

      @davidfong7848 Před 3 lety +1

      @@SN-qu2gz I wasn't trying to be argumentative either. Just pointing out that making those kinds of extrapolations from this hand is dangerous imo. He didn't really snap fold. He tanked for about 7 sec and then folded. And maybe V does have a strategy for this spot and his particular hand just takes this line. Or maybe he thinks Uri's line is stronger than optimal, which I think is actually true. The point is there are several possibilities for V's action, all of which are equally possible but lead to a different conclusion about V. I just wouldn't take too much stock in it
