Private company ke Advertisement ke khilaf.. kon se court me case dayar kare
A case against the advertisement of private company will not go to High Court or to the administrative tribunal. Please consult some expert working in labour and industrial court. I think a case would lie in the civil Court, but please have it confirmed from a local expert lawyer.
