I can't even believe it's the same motivation that is driving me into real estate, I have always loved real estate ever since I was introduced to it in early 2020. Thank God I am not alone 🙏 We have to move out to the best parts of Lagos. Success is the motivation.
We need to be telling more of our success stories. The Horatio Alger phenomenon is well and alive in Nigeria (the Razaq Okoyas, Cosmas Madukas, Pascal Dozies, etc.), but we are often straight-jacketed into the SINGLE NARRATIVE of gloom-and-doom. A nation with as many challenges as Nigeria by definition proffers innumerable OPPORTUNITIES to meet those challenges. Well done Steve!

Truth be told in as much as these opportunities are there, if you are not safe you are in trouble, If I make millions and can't take a stroll on my bike at 6am, my people that's a problem, if women can't walk by themselves in certain areas that's a problem, if we don't have electricity like they do in Benin and Togo even Cameroon, that's a problem. That's absolutely pointless, but I can understand why they would say this simply to drive more prospective sales.A more accurate estimate should be housing cost to per Capita income, which takes into account everything else including cost and standard of living in the country.
