Black Cardamon- 3 nos

CinnamoN- 1 big Pieces
bay leaves - 1 nos
Cloves- 4 nos
Ginger powder- 1 tsp / Ginger (Finely chopped) - 1 tbs
TOMATO - 2 Medium
Lamb( Mutton) - 1 Kg
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 1/2 - 2 tbs
Coriander- 3/4 - 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
Hot water- 2 1/2 - 3 Cups
Natural colour
Black Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp

Very nice 👍My manager is a kashmiri, mutton Rogan Josh is his permanent dish whenever we do potluck in office. It's very tasty. As per what he said they dnt use onions and tomatoes in it.
