Rasta has a strict diet typically vegetarian if not just fish as meat. jamaicans eat a lot of four...a processed food where the whole grain from the wheat is removed. No fiber therefore no nutrition n causes constipation n colon cancer for one n other medical issues. Tomatoes, onion, n season suppose to saute in oil to render flavor before adding ackee. so yeah no rasta here.
