Hard to understand after things have been taken apart previously.

You said you dont care why the ac resets after battery disconnect. Well some people changing this actuator they have to reset the ac by pulling the fuse or battery to get it to blow from hot to cold after install

My ac is blowing cool on the passenger side and the hot is blowing hot on driver side where I s the blend door actuator located at.

He shows you in the video, but just barely. I had to fast forward through it before he finally gets around to actually showing where.

He doesn't specify what he's working on but I believe it's a mid to late 90's model chevy 1500. And I'm looking for the envoy video that Im having the same issue with.

take the entire thing out and either JB weld it or just replace that bit of vent
its just a plastic rod with some flaps on it
currently have mine completely taken apart as i was trying to replace my heater core since it was bypassed when i first got the vehicle but i can tell now there was no reason for it, and i also took apart completely the spare HVAC unit i grabbed out of my parts car and its all good
