I always wonder what it would be like just being a content creator or something else self employed instead of traditional 9-5 office job. Your videos show me that now that you are in this new chapter of your life. You seem so much more relaxed/happy and less stressed in this current chapter of your life.

Hey Abby! I love your "pillowtalk rant" (lol) - that whole topic reminded me of the book I just read: "Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals." About how we have more choices and access to resources and entertainment than ever before, and how that can make us be overwhelmed... And that the whole productivity mindset just makes us more busy than ever because instead of giving us more time to enjoy what brings us true joy, we just end up adding more stuff to our to do list. We as hard working people who have access to more education than ever before can find ourselves less happy than a poor farmer with few options 100 years ago. I'm not sure if you've read it yet, but if so I highly recommend!
Also, you totally put me on to the pixie stick (thanks for responding to my question comment way back when!) and I LOVE it still!

I can totally understand the added pressure of social media now that you’re full time for now, it’s so hard to stay on top of trends and not know exactly the performance it will have. I just know even if you’re showing your in depth coffee routine, playing pickleball, meals and outfits and just showing how you’re making influencer a true career I’d watch it. Short form is so hard so I hope YT stays your comfort place as you’re navigating those other platforms 🥹 sending love

if you ever feel like switching up your coffee beans, you can use pretty much whatever beans you want as long as they are ground for espresso. I have the baratza encore grinder and I love it! I usually grind my beans right before I use them so they are super fresh

Regardless of what you post, I’ll keep watching because I enjoy you as a person from what I’ve seen on social media. I know you were talking about struggling with the podcast and an episode idea I have is how to acknowledge that you’re good enough. From your content it seems like you struggle a bit with that but you obviously are good enough so the episode could be about how to be happy and content with where you’re at. Another idea is your relationship with body image. How to work on not comparing yourself (which could also tie into knowing you’re good enough). Fitness and mindfulness are also topics I love personally, but I’m sure whatever content you create will be great!

Abby I think you just overthink! Social media is not a big deal to us (obviously it means more to you because it’s your job) and not that deep. I learned to just post the moments I genuinely feel happy in. And once I started doing that I felt happier. I felt like I wasn’t trying to portray someone else, I was just doing me without thinking. 😊hope it helps. I am one for long content tho ❤

You can actually use any beans for espresso, what really makes the difference is how they are ground! So if you ever decided to get your own grinder, you can then grind any beans to use for espresso, they just need to be ground finer 😁
oooo makes sense!! I figured it had something to do with the grounds after seeing the physical differences btwn the coffee grounds & espresso grounds I had used!
