Hi! I live in a bayswater! Ours is slightly different in as much as on the 2nd floor there is a small bedroom, plus 2 bedrooms one with an en suite. So we have 2 bedrooms with an ensuite. And yes, we fitted a shower over the bath in the family bathroom so everyone in our house has access to a shower.. We love living here. It's funny that the same house type has variations. Love looking at the staging and decor. x
I think they're usually called an ottoman or footstool. Or storage footstool if it has storage space inside. Pouffe is fine lol and some people use them as coffee tables and extra seating as they're multifunctional. It's not a floor cushion or beanbag which also look similar. You can also get ottoman or storage benches. Etc.
Love this tour, beautiful house. Shame about the lack of shower. I also think that more heating is required to the top floor bedroom and ensuite as sometimes although heat rises, you may find that the roof space is quite chilly, talking from experience. Lovely decor in this house.
Hi Louisa, that’s a fair point and we usually see a shower above the bath tub in the family bathrooms. This we’re pretty sure is an optional upgrade that you can add on - we’re not sure why this wasn’t shown in the show home. 🤷🏾♀️
Beautiful home, not fan of the downstairs toilet right at the entrance though 😅, living room a bit small.. the bedrooms all include wardrobe is good plus as you see the right scale of space.. however, all these stairs are a bit much, as you grow older it's not fun to go up.. but also it's not safe to have children on lower level and parents upper when still young..
Nice house, suitable for a family with older children who need more bedroom space. However, The size and position of front windows are odd, and make the exterior look ugly.

Thanks for another wonderful tour. Love the kitchen area & the downstairs toilet has a window. However 3 bedrooms with no shower is ridiculous IMO 🙄
