    For your information, this expression works the way Étoiles intended to in french (withou any inuendos).
    What he meant basically was "If you hit Foolish, I'll be your problem".

      @voidanims Před 9 měsíci +236

      So basically "iff you mess with Foolish, you mess with me"

    • @SamuBrownYT
      @SamuBrownYT Před 9 měsíci +8

      The word "touch". It's off because "touch myself" is an innuendo. It should be "touch me" at least

    • @duoseptem5109
      @duoseptem5109 Před 9 měsíci +4

      And complementing what Samu said, i think "touch myself" means masturbation

    • @Boxygirl96
      @Boxygirl96 Před 8 měsíci

      In English the verb used in the context of this phrase is usually ‘mess’
      For example: if you mess with him then you mess with me too
      If using the word touch in this context however the second part of the sentence would talk about the consequences of touching their friend rather than reaffirming that any action taken against their friend is equally taken against themselves
      For example: if you touch them then you’re gonna be answering to me (as in answering for one’s crimes or receiving judgment and punishment for one’s wrongdoings)
      I feel like I probably used too many overly complex words to describe and explain all this…

    • @bumblebeerror9019
      @bumblebeerror9019 Před 7 měsíci +1

      In English, when referring to yourself as the speaker, in most contexts you’d use “me” or “my” instead of “myself” grammatically, and “touch myself” is a well known way to refer to sex with yourself/masturbation [in English specifically] - so his mistake [a totally understandable one] is twofold in that the translation of what he’s trying to say would grammatically be “if you [touch] /[mess with] Foolish, you [touch me]/[mess with me]” and that what he ended up saying was an allusion to sex.
