Reddick/Sam Cassell are your coaches, they know the game of basketball better than most of the other candidates that are still available, they are both long term coach's that will not cost you initially, they are players coach's and will manage the locker room along with LeBron and AD's input. We must get two real bigs next to AD. (ie 2020 chip), Valanciunas, Drumond, Dwight etc, we need a six man (Bobby Portes, Dramond, for additional support etc.) We need a two way guard to contend with Jamal Murry and Anthony Edwards..... Demar/Caruso/Donovan/Keli Ubrea/Marcus Smart/JaMonte Murray/ Brogden etc. We have more than enough assets and picks to make this happen. Doc Rivers, Ty Lue, Chauncy Billups, etc none of which had ever coached prior to there position with the exception of being one assistant amongst many.
There are enough picks, contracts, mid level and minimum money to make it happen.
