Thanks so much Coooley for this video. Currently I only PvM (used to PvP casually like 10 years ago lol) and I know many, if not all, prices are based off of the needs of PvP for the most part. Not knowing what PvP players actually want or need, I can say I've definitely just sold, trashed, or crafted some of the not-so-obvious valuable jewels you showed. Amazing video, amazing content, keep up the work man!
Many or all the mods I thought stood out were on this list. The funny part is that list was made when I first started building my characters (before I got much better at D2).
This video will be great help for new and returning players, and those who weren't well versed in trading. Great job!

That's an eerie timing: I've almost got into the situation described in intro. I tried to craft some gloves yesterday, and when I took a jewel from my 'craft' pile I noticed that it was a 15/15, and I had no idea why I didn't check it before tossing it into junk! Sold this bad boy for 2.5 Bers shortly afterwards.

Finally. I've been wondering what's good and what hasn't been good for a long time. Probably because I haven't been in the dueling scene but that's okay I'm always willing to learn more about these godly items :P !

BTW guys, for the 40ed/15max, 40ed/10min, 30ed/min/max jewels, do not stick them in non-weapons as they are bugged. Seen quite a few people make this mistake and regret it.

40/15 = ed/max dam, whereas 15/40 = ias/ed
always makes more sense to me to list the stats in order they appear on the item :)
In old d2, nobody called it 15/40.
40/15s were ALWAYS in reference of ed/ias
Every time I watch these videos I'm always convinced I found something very similar to these items. I then scour my stash and mules disappointed, thinking, damn i could have sworn I had one... lmao

Bruhhhhhh I have vendored some jewels with comparable stats to these.... i mostly play solo or with family on switch. But with the recent sale I picked up D2r for PC. Thank goodness for Cooley and dudes like Llama and SweetPhil and Barricade. You have helped me figure out just how wrong I’ve been playing lol. I feel like a lotta people used to play d2 as kids and never actually learned to play. That’s my story.

With the introduction of Sunder Charms, the value of 5/5 rainbow facets has gone up. They are now more sought after, so you probably will be able to fetch a decent price for them now.

May I ask, why do you use Jah instead of Ber rune for common currency denominator? Also, I love these types of videos.
As a D2 veteran of probably something like 50-100d played it's fascinating that I can still learn something new from this game. I had never heard of this +18 +18 jewel. Cooley is the ultimate source of ridiculously in-depth and end of endgame D2 knowledge.

Hey Coooley, I just found this video you made. I've been trading jewels for runes in order to craft runewords, and I've found some really good ones. I'm just recently learning about low-level twink dueling jewels, though. My question for you is this - what "required level" jewels should I be looking for here? Do they need to be jewels that are level 29 and lower, level 19 and lower, level 9 and lower, etc.? Please explain. Thank you!
Level 30 and lower. Lvl 18 and Lvl 9 jewel reqs are also a plus.

your content is great Cooley. we dont care how expensive these things are, we just want them traded. so to all the pvmer's: look at these jewels and if you find stuff like this dont charsi it.
20ed 6str 9dex and some def, lvl 28, sold for 75ber runes. so 30ed/9str/9dex/60ar will undoubtedly be 100ber runes+
I sold a 7fhr/9dex/9allres/-15req jewel for 10,000 fg a couple weeks ago. At the time a Jah rune was with 500 fg so I essentially got 20 Jah runes. After I sold I got a few PM's from people saying they would have paid more for it.

I miss playing Diablo 2 LoD. Even now, 15 years since I last played it, I remember every little detail of how to make stuff, characters, every quest, every act, and how much every item is worth.
It came out when I was 5 years old and I saw my mom's ex boyfriend playing it, little did I know 6 years later I would become addicted to it.

I needed this video about a week ago. I traded a 23 max, level 27, for Ohm.
I remember when I was 12 some guy was going to trade me a perfect ethereal Fortitude Archon Plate for my Dusk Shroud Enigma, and I was so eager I ended up getting ripped off with a white Archon Plate armor. He said "call me Daddy and I'll give it back" and I typed out "DADDY DADDY NO PLEASE" and he left the game. Lmfao

I haven't found many incredible rare jewels, but man there are some nasty combinations out there! Best one I have found was 30%ed, +8 dex +10 all res. Shame it didn't roll a 4th property!

Dueling is still the best endgame in D2.

What would be prices for average player who does not find perfect ones? From my experience if each stat is perfect minus one then they don't go beyond Lem/Pul.

Hey cooley... the 40/15 market value is not 3~4jah. Its 5jah+ due to sharp devaluation of runes.
Biggest issue with a jools on bnet is that most GG ones will be duped almost instantly. The first ones 40/15, 15/15, etc in ladder would costs lots. Some GG rare jewels will be even more but right at the moment it came into hands of dupers - they'll drops in price drasticaly. And due to ability for most ppl buy some dupped jools for a reason price it's also affects all other jools especially aren't perfect coz why would any1 pay some hrs for a good something like 9str/2dex/29%ed if you can get your 9/9/30 for the same price for example.

The best I own is a 7fhr 30ed 9 str 20 psndmg. Put it in my perf shaft on my Mld pala 😌
I had a 39 14 jewelry before and couldn't get shit for it. That 1 off perfect drove people nuts. I figured what's the difference 1 dmg and 1 attack speed. Oh I guess it's a major difference.
Some of those jewels are meh, a few are decent.

Hello. I just found a rare jewel with 37 level requirement with 4 properties: 30% fire resist / 28% ED / 9 min damage / 29 attack rating. Would you be able to advise this item's worth please?
I gotta join Coooley's trading community, cuz no matter the circumstances, the most I ever got offered for a 15/15 was Pul.
What circumstances would that be?
@@manoqueenz Different day times (creating trade games), softcore or hardcore and back in LoD ladder and normal games. I got 1 perfect 15/15 in D2R this far, and eventually lost patience trying to trade it and put it in Gface for a build. Less than perfect 15/13 didn't fare much different.
15ias + 15all res is more than 3 Jah runes. On Traderie, no one would accept my offer of 5 Jah runes. The cheapest one with a price is 9 Jah runes.
What about the jewels that aint perfect. but close?
for example i got the following.
36ed% + 15% requirments
rare jew 22 %ed + 5 minumum dmg + 7 str + 18% fire res.
15 % ias + 44 attack rating
i have no idea if they got value or i should sell it to charsi ? xD
