  • H Series Heavy-Duty Die Casting Machines
Tailored to High-end Die Cast Part Manufacturers Worldwide
Yizumi began designing and manufacturing its first heavy-duty die-casting machine in 2006. Now it is a major manufacturer of die-casting machines in the world, with annual sales volume reached 1,000~1,200 sets of machines. The customers cover many famous die-casting enterprises at home and abroad and are growing rapidly. For more than ten years, YIZUMI has constantly introducing new products with high performance and high standards, subverting the world's awareness of
China's heavy-duty die casting machines and becoming the new benchmark for Chinese die casting equipment.
The H series high-end cold chamber die casting machine is suitable for manufacturing non-ferrous metal die-casting products such as high-demand automobile and communication parts, and other high-precision large castings.

A nice 3D animation on Yizumi metal die casting machine. Metal die casting is a good technique for producing precision metal components at medium and high volume with short-turnaround times with high accuracy. Parts will have high precision, very good surface finish, can either have smooth or textured surfaces, and be repeatably produced. It can take weeks to make the mold which is not cheap, but once the mold is made, parts can be produced inexpensively and fast many many thousand pieces using the same die casting mold. Aging molds may be repaired or replaced depending on their condition. So metal die casting is a technique good to be considered if you need the same parts repeatedly, over and over again in significant quantities as you deplete your stocks or even for one time production if quantities are large enough to justify die casting mould fees. Thank you for making and sharing such a valuable and instructive video ! You can watch more instructive videos as this on our CZcams channel by clicking our logo to the left.

what program was used to create the models and animation?

The music's a bit over the top. Veers too much towards making the video fast and dynamic rather than simply demonstrating the machines function. A good effort though and I wish I could do this sort of animation.

How come molten metal is still poured from a ladle? That seems primitive

Try to imagine a tube with molten aluminium flowing through it. Super hot materials radiate like mad, want to cool to ambient asap, so such tubing system would be hard to keep clean and require a lot of energy to work with..
