Hi there, thanks for vid but just have a quick question. I have a 9w PL-S bulb that has a built-in starter that's meant for a magnetic ballast, but with electronic ballasts can the 2 live outputs be paired and connected together to the first pin of the bulb, and do the same with the neutrals but to the second pin? If yes, why wouldn't that double the wattage and blow my 9w bulb (2x 9w = 18w)? Would the built-in starter share the wattage with the bulb, so 9w goes to it and remaining 9w to the bulb? Thanks.

Q1:You use blue wire (no2) as live?
Q2: Earth-1, Live-2, neutral-3. Follow this sequence or can change position of 2&3?

I have a ballast that has 1 and 2 but no L or N symbols. Can anyone shed any light on this please.

can you bypass starting capacitor and relying on ballast starting voltage?

We don't like LEDs here, fluorescent is better here

LED is crap for outdoor lighting and they can burn out faster than fluorescent
