      Camryn Manheim for The Practice. The Supporting Actor for a TV Movie had a tie that year as well. Sounds like the Globes people just decided to make it a tie, not like it was an actual counting of a vote.

      She got the Razzie for it. It couldn't have helped. Halle Berry's career never recovered from the Razzie she got from Catwoman either.
