I am a paralegal and depending clients in different court houses here in Ontario, Canada for all kinds of traffic tickets and and provincial offences, I have never seen a judge like this. This judge is cool, amazing, I cannot find any words to describe how nice this judge is. I salute you, your honor!

What a great man.
With a Judge this Compassionate and caring. Im hearing way to many "Yes" and "No" answers and not near enough "Yes Sir" or "Yes your Honor" and "No Sir" or "No your Honor". I believe this man deserves a lot more respect than he is being shown by some of these people.
Honestly.. Judges sometimes aren't as hard on that as others... I went to court in Canada as a witness to an incident and I never said "Yes your honour" or anything like that and he didn't seem to care.. He was very kind and friendly and treated me as a human being and not some cattle in a courtroom.... I don't think its deliberate.. I just think we as human beings are so used to answering questions with "yes" and "no" that we forget to address a Judge by his official title when he asks us a question.
I do also know however that if I was ever in Judge Caprio's courtroom (Not that that would ever happen.. I'm Canadian.. and don't travel lol) .. I would likely tell him how much I respect him and his wonderful kindness..
We need more people like this wonderful man in our world.. People who truly do care and who treat everyone with the same respect and care that they deserve.
He did start correcting people in later cases to address him "Yes, sir or no sir". But sometimes he didn't recalled it because he didn't want the person to feel bad or worried.

if this show ever gets canceled Judge Caprio should get his own show called "To Be Frank." He's awesome. Firm but so fair, and he seems like an honest man. I like him a lot.
I love this Judge he is how every single Judge in the US should be. He has compassion and he is fair in every single case that I seen and I love his show.

never thought id say this..but i have mad respect for judge caprio because he shows respect to the defendants and treats them as humans..most judges dont..they act like they are gods up there in their dresses and everyone should bow down to them..

I love this judge. compassionate, empathetic. We need more judges like this in all the courts. I understand the town needs to make money and parking tickets is a way to do it, but this guy makes it fair for everyone. Especially mom's who have children and are raising them with no help from the dads and they are working hard. THANKS JUDGE!
I used the judges recipe for meatballs. So good and easy. I always used bread crumbs. Soaking the bread is way better!! Made them oval and he is right they cooked more evenly when I pan fried them. Never thought to do that!!Thank you judge caprio!! Great way to use your leftover Italian bread to!
i use read crumbs and use olive oil. wrap the entire batch in tin foil to form evection oven. i cook on charcoal and rotate sides every 10-15 minutes. let it cool some before unwrapping.
for god's sake do not soak any bread in water, soak it in milk

He makes sure that people know their mistakes ,not crimes just watch him reminding people of that, get himself involved in all kinds of situations they confronted while making that particular mistake ,only wise people are able of doing that ,you are a wise humane Saint. ,need more of you for this world

From watching Judge Caprio, he does make some pay fees, but usually not the full amount except for the car boot fee. He never reduces that one, because he can't.. Mostly he takes off the interest from the tickets. So the City is still making plenty on money..
These people need to go to Judge Judy first to appreciate how chill this judge is.

It's very telling that the pleaders show no signs of nervousness - they are not frightened at all and know he is fair and compassionate. Top marks judge!

I wish all judges were like him. Very fair, not afraid to drop the hammer when needed but always ready to show compassion and understanding in extenuating circumstances. There are alot of nuances that come with these cases and I think this judge has a good B.S. detector while at the same retaining an understanding of the struggles that good people have who've made isolated mistakes.

I like watching this judge as he reminds me so much of the wonderful great aunt who helped raise me. Same gentle and loving demeanor, and extraordinarily kind heart. People like this are rare and wonderful.

I don’t understand American law, I’m English, but what I do know is judge Frank seems to be a genuine, funny and kind judge. He seems to be such a wonderful human being. It is heartwarming to watch him deal with his cases.

In a world with so many judge shows where they're all so angry all the time--Judge Pirro, Judge Joe Brown, Judge Judy (of course)--it's so refreshing to get one where the judge is so kind. Granted, sure, they're cherry-picking the nicest cases, but that's the point. The others do it too. But they pick the most DRAMATIC cases. To make it like every other movie and tv show: "everything was great...UNTIL IT WASN'T." This one's just like "everything was great, and the judge was great, too. The end." Doesn't make for drama and high tension, but this show proves that we don't NEED drama to be entertained. Sometimes, we want to escape our unfair bullshit lives into a world where everything's happy and ends well for everyone and everyone's perpetually in a good mood...hell, isn't that what drugs are for in the first place?
TL;DR, you don't need drugs when you can get high on life watching Caught in Providence.

This is his own show! I had only seen it on CZcams, but I noticed the other morning on a local Massachusetts station. It just might not be syndicated in your area.

even if i was guilty of a real bad crime, i would love this guy to be my judge, obviously he has to get serious sometimes he doesnt treat people as idiots or look down at them assume everybody is guilty, but the thing is he has a bloody good sense of humour

According to these episodes I don't think there is a free parking space. I have never heard a meter next to a court room. Usually court's have a parking lot for people to use.

In the city I live in all parking around the court house is either parking metered or pay to park lot.
It’s like this in St Louis as well. My fiancé and I took a vaca to STL a few weeks ago and there was no free parking ANYWHERE. And coming from a small TN town, I had never seen a parking meter in real life until then! Totally surreal!
What a great job to have. You can be nice to people all day long and when somebody comes across as disrespectful or rude you have the power to make them wish they didn't. When he started giving that lady his recipe for meatballs I wanted her to wink at him and say "You want to hurry up your honor, I'm parked at a meter outside and its ticking away."
