@@jackdunn6195 szoboszlai doesn't have a tactical awareness and reading of the game to be a midfielder in the future I hope we play him at winger positions in the future and gravenberch looks burned out after 45 minutes of the game

I think the major issue with szoboszlai is that he makes so many tiring runs off the ball that when he is on the ball his efficiency and effectiveness drops
With endo now looking like a real deal in dm we’ll finally see Macca in more advance position.

Endo is a ball winning midfielder, interception and aerial duel king, and loves to play long ball.
Mac Allister likes to move forward has amazing dribbling skills and provides assist or shoots for goal. Liverpool midfield is scary
You are right...Macca cant play as a lone DM..so a double pivot with Endo who is more aggresive defensively is reqd...which will leave some freedom and space for Macca to operate in the final third@@chrisf.9595

@@sensibility1174 He isn't physically built but he has shown he is very strong already so it's no a issue. We aren't looking for a destroyer type DM where he has mostly played and we also don't look for those kinds of midfielders at all really. He perfectly suits the current Liverpool side.
When I see him play (mostly in DM anyways which isn't his natural position), he looks like a slightly downgraded Thiago. That's not insult at all. Thiago is world class and walks into any team in the world when fit. Being comparable to that stature of a player when out of position is a MASSIVE compliment. I reckon Mac Allister by next season will be on another level. General stats already show he is actually doing better than at Brighton. His g/a are obviously less but that's because he hasn't played up forward as much.

Pass / shoot / he is not physically strong / he is not the fastest... but he has excellent control and is intelligent. Modric, due to experience, reached a great level at 30, Mac Allister will probably arrive much earlier (2 or 3 years).
Macca is a gem.
When he finally gets a run in his natural position this team has another gear, that with a few others back from injury, increasing depth from the bench, team gets even better.

I mean honestly I agree hes been the most consistent, but endo suits the 6 role very well, szobo has been hot and cold in that 8 role, and macca I think can play a deeper more creative pass where curtis is better to carry the ball forward...best solution is what klopp is doing and just rotating everyone to destabilize every opponent @@sensibility1174
