If Lagos as the state with the lowest landmass in Nigerian can house over 30million ppl, dont let anyone tell you Igbo land is small
If our govs get serious with infrastructure, why would anyone from the East live elsewhere? Enugu is beautiful. Our leaders should wake up and make it better.
What keeps or attracts people to cities is opportunity. Every state has fine and ugly parts.
Capital city of the East
Enugu state government needs to invest in mechanised farming in Enugu state to boost food production and earn foreign exchange.
Very very soon the people that are pursuing us will look for us,Mark my word
I swear down bro 😂
Enugu is beautiful
Omo Enugu too fine I swear ❤❤❤
Nice one
Very beautiful site 👌
Imagine when this city is completed , Enugu would surely surpass lagos in real estate
No single skyscraper, it makes it look local. Is time the govt in Enugu understand the importance of skyscraper in a place we called our capital.Every where should not be residencial area.
DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH IT COST TO MAINTAIN A SKYSCRAPER OLODO
If them build skyscraper, you go fit rent am so?
Igbos are wasting land they don't have. It's time to start building Skyscrapers to conserve lands for agriculture and industrialisation
Skyscrapers aren't just built for the sake of it, there needs to be businesses and firms that use them for business operations and logistics, it all comes back to making the South East attractive for investors and institutions looking to set up businesses and create employment which necessitates the building of said skyscrapers.
@@chibuikee7482 Go to even poor Ghana and Burundi and see the highrise apartment buildings they are doing. Igbos are still stuck in mushroom buildings - even when they don't have land
@@raphduru9787You talk like a kid, skyscrapers are not meant for beautification many cities in Europe don’t have even one single skyscraper. To say south east is small in land size also proves you actually a kid, Enugu state alone is more than two times the size of lagos, if lagos state can contain more than 20 million people and still have enough space for new buildings means Enugu alone can take the population of Igbos all together. Think and stop reasoning like a baby.

Please Lagos is an overcrowded mad house! People who live in Lagos are complaining of wasting countless hours of productive time in traffic. You spend 3 - 4 hours for a journey of 45 minutes!
People don't farm in Lagos because there's no land for farming in Lagos. Foodstuff comes from other parts of the country, making groceries very expensive in the city. I am sure you don't wish this for Enugu.
98% of people who live in Lagos aren't from Lagos; most people come to Lagos in search of opportunities. In short, most people wouldn't live in Lagos if their states had opportunities.
Therefore, that guy raised an important point. South East real estate developers should start developing blocks of multistorey buildings to conserve the region's small landmass for future planning and agriculture.
@@ikeemmanuela downtown or biz area has to be planned to huddle high rise buildings which will hold businesses. You don’t just build high rises anywhere
Very beautiful estate, how much can I get two bedrooms self-contained here for rent?
I laugh when some morons compare Enugu with Ibadan.
Yeah, cos Ibadan is a village. This is even developing part of Enugu, not the main parts
IBADAN TO ENUGU THAT'S AN INSULT 😂
Anyone saying Enugu or east should be a make our people to get back to their region to live and invest should know this east is the fastest developing region in Nigeria east was down after the war and neglect. Now our people have made it and returning it will take time but not forever. Now to ten years you will see what I am talking about.
Anambra the dirty state of audio billionaires
Owerri is a dirty ghetto and a glorified village full of red muddy environments No wonder most imo indigenes prefer to live in Anambra cities of Onitsha and Awka. Imo state is cursed . 🤣🤣
Asin ehen 😂
@@kingparowii2685Look at you laughing like a jackass. @edwardboss7887 is a useless Yoruba account trying to sow division among Igbo people. And you are there agreeing and laughing with him. That's how they toy with you people's brains and label you with all sorts of negative stereotypes while you are agreeing like a sheep. What a pity.

What is the price of 600 square meter in this location?
We are not thinking ahead by wasting this lands for this small small buildings. In 50 years coming there will be no land to build more cities 😢
AND ONE PERSON GO BEGIN DEY USE LAGOS DEY MAKE MOUTH😂😂😂
Owerri is a slum and a glorified village. What’s our leaders doing in imo state ?
IMO hater, we know u
I don't think u are an Igbo person. Ur hatred for Owerri is becoming worrisome, no Igbo should think the way u do about an Igbo City.
It is the responsibility of the Igbos to develop Igbo Land.
