मेरे साथ समस्या हैं की अकेले में काम (excersize,meditation,reading) करते करते डिप्रेशन, हताशा,और निराशा में जाने लगते हैं, और जब समूह में काम करते हैं तो distraction और काम सही से और जयादा ना कर पाने का डर बना रहता हैं! जिससे चिड़चिड़ा, गुस्सा और जुझलाहट होती हैं! मेरे आस पास ऐसे लोगो का समूह भी नही हैं जिनके साथ में काम करके डिप्रेशन में जाने से बचा जा सके!
