Yeah just buy any wire that’s close to the same gauge size 👍🏼 Probably just go to Home Depot and get a small spoon of I THINK it’s 12 gauge but I could be wrong Just match it up 👍🏼
I guess I missed the oart of the actual hub install to where the horn will still work. Did you all snip off the clock spring completely. Also you failed to wire a 3 ohm resistor for the air bag module. So much missing info.
So...is i have an 2002 NB. I had a shop install a NRG 2.0 QR and A NRG wheel. after the shop installed it My Turn signals no longer work and they said the horn cant be set up....is this true?
Super weird first time I’ve heard that happen I would see what happens if you revert back to stock That’s the first thing I would check Maybe you cut an incorrect wire Once you confirm the problem is not from the new wheel then I would start diving into more diag.. maybe look into the headlamp switch

are you not worried about being in an accident though? that airbag is meant to protect you in a crash, wish my car's SW had an airbag but it's too old for that.
True but that 30 year old airbag is so old I bet the insides are just turned to gravel I’ve heard horror stories about old airbags going off and doing more harm than saving
Best way to hate your life. The clock spring should stay in place, otherwise your airbag light will be on which will fail you your next inspection, plus it's a tone more work to have a worse experience. Complete shite! the hub nut torque is 30 nm, not all your impact can do, hence you split the plastics behind.

When you booted the hub on and squished the plastic column mount, how did you fix that problem because I’m having clearance issues too that cause that

For the paper clip did you wrap it behind the the hub or did you leave it in the left side?
Sandwiched on the back of the wheel to rub against the hub!!

How did you get the airbag light to not flash?
Ours always flashed because our module is broken
But I’m almost positive with the way we wired everything it shouldn’t come on
