Picked up the kiwi quartets based on your and other recommendations, they’re great! Thanks tor the solid reviews Fresh.
Glad to hear it!
Was going to wait for your review before buying the EW200, but went ahead and bought them on sale from aliexpress weeks ago. Was already happy before seeing your review, but nice to get confirmation.
Incredible IEMs for the price, both in terms of gaming and music. Very good tuning and technicalities for $40.
Good choice!
@@FreshReviewsYT Will you be reviewing the EPZ G10? It's actually marketed as a gaming IEM and is getting great reviews from audio reviewers. They're basically harman tuned so they're great for music, and seem like they'd be great for gaming, too. They're about the same price, if not cheaper than the EW200.
I love the EW200's, but there is the odd time that the upper mids / treble can be a bit fatiguing. The G10 is supposed to be a bit warmer.
@@tranner85is it true that EW200 sound nasally and thin?
@@hammerfall6666 what does this mean
Love you fresh reviews, you really listen to ur viewers, that ask for recommendations!! I did was gonna pick up the dolce and ew200!
Hope you enjoy it!
Finally, you reviewed the EW200! I've been looking at it alongside the crinacle zero because my OG VK4 is kinda breaking (physically, sound is still fine) on me.
But if you were to say what the zero edges out over the EW200, what would they be? (And if you can, which is better for more anime-esque playlists?)
Get the zero reds
Found some earbuds I got with a phone and they perform well in overwatch 2 with the dunu candy tips. Thinking of waiting a bit more and getting the kiwi ears orchestra lite.
Looks like I have to get the Simgod EW200.
Thanks for your review.
Love how you update your description
Thank you for all the reviews. Please review the kz as24.
@Fresh Reviews Another great detailed review 😎
I have a couple of questions
1- Simgot EW200 vs Original Truthear Crinacle Zero, which one for competitive FPS?
2- If you had to pick just 1 IEM for competitive FPS that’s anything up to £100-£150, which one would it be?
Simgot EM6L
OFF TOPIC After watching and older vid of yours i finally picked up the Dunu Kima's !!! Yup a great set and super comfy :)
What do you think about SIMGOT - EW100P ? Are they comparable to EW200 for gaming?
They both use the same driver, just the 100 has plastic build instead of metal, and EW200 uses different diaphragm.
Have you heard of the juzear 41t or penon fan2, they seem like interesting hybrids.
Unfortuantely just got into IEMS and bought moondrop chu 2s and kz zsn pro x as my first two pairs without much research (FOR GAMING)
should have found your channel sooner lol, but ordering a pair of these EW200s and hoping for the best
thanks for the amazing channel!
Ty!
i really like my salnotes 7hz zero. should i stay with them or get one of these? would it be a significant upgrade? (for both music and gaming)
i was waiting for the ew200 review fpr a long time thanks! now you should revoew the EPZ G10 next!
When I saw the lineup I knew the ew200 would be the winner. I got ew200 a few weeks ago and was very impressed. If someone gave them to me to listen to and told me they were a $150 set I would have believed it. I also have candy tips on mine haha
Candy tips ftw
how do candy tips compare to stock? any changes?
@@alvargalso wondering the same question but at this point im just gonna buy the candies bc fresh has them
Have you seen new the kinera celest wyvern pro, it is advertised as a gaming iem. With a price tag of around 30$ or less it has a boom mic accessory much like the kinera ruyi and gramr, which sounds crazy cuz ruyi cable also cost 30$ just for the cable.
Have you ever tried the mangird Tea ii, seeaudio Yume ii, or aful performer 5/8 iems? I’ve found them to be decent to good for gaming but not to the degree of the Vulkan. I actually think the LZ x HBB PR2 does quite well and i like it better than the Crin Red for gaming tbh but theyve had controversy yet again
Tried the 5. I agree about the vulkan
Hello @Fresh, thanks for all the reviews you've done, they've been very helpful and informative. Just one small question: so basically the Truthear Zero and the Simgot EW200 are selling for almost the same price in my country, and I kinda dig the design of the EW200 more than the Zero, but the Zero are generally reviewed to have better performance in gaming. So in your opinion, is there a noticeable difference in gaming performance (especially Valorant) between the two IEMs? Are the EW200 competitive enough to justify a buy over the Zero? I'm just focusing on gaming, music listening performance should not be accounted for. Thanks again and have a good day.
Same
Did you get the EW200? How is it on valorant?
Have you had the chance to test the DUNU Kima Classic? It seems to have a slightly different tuning compared to the OG Kima (more bassy and more treble too).
Not yet
what would you consider to be a direct upgrade for an iem over the EW200 just out of curiousity without change sound signature, preferably not any brighter though.
Any 20 dollar ones to replace the qkz x hbb maybe?
On the hunt for my first iem and budgets tight
Wassup Fresh Reviews, I was wondering what are the best tips for the Kiwi orchestra lite? I'm currently using the spin fit cp155 mediums with them right now. Thank You so much and im loving the content!!!!!
Thanks. I actually can’t recall what tips I used but it might be in the video
Just got the candy tips for the EW200 but is it normal for it to not completely cover the nozzle?
Curious if you will try fiio ff5’s, have heard that they have very good soundstage
hey so i don't know much about iems or the audio side of things but im looking for the best iem around $200. along with a dac/amp. will be using them for gaming and music.
If you had to choose a sub 200 ( as someone would need to purchase a mic ) or the Zeus headset without a amp / Dac? My current headset broke and I’m a broke military boy trying to ball on a poors budget.
would any 3.5mm extension be ok with these? would it dip in sound quality ? reason is my tower is below my desk and it kinda extends to the max for me
would you recommend me buying the simgot em6L or spending the extra money and buying the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite?
also love the content idk what I would do without you lol
Thanks hahaha. If you’re able to get good comfort with the orchestra lite, it’s a better gaming option I feel. The Em6l is very competitive with it though
We're back 😤😤😤
Where did we go 🔥🔥🔥
I clicked the links on the description, what are the differences between express shipping and standard one?
truthear shio dac amp review maybe? been wondering if that's a good budget portable dac amp
Hmmm Seeing that Simgot is filling the bugdet wallhack tier list, can I request a Simgot EW100 review? I'd really like to know how it fares against QKZ x HBB.
Hey Fresh,
Love your reviews, thanks for all your effort, and you can really tell the hard work you put in them.
Recently, my headphones broke, and I’m trying to find a replacement. I mostly play CS GO, and I’m looking for something that will be an all-rounder, so that I can also enjoy some music (mostly 80s, 90s, some rock and hip hop).
I first thought of the Sennheiser HD 560s as they are in my budget (around $190) after watching your review but am now questioning if I should maybe go for an IEM.
What are your thoughts, In this price point, do you think I’d be better served with an IEM? If so, what IEM would you recommend on my budget?
560s would be great, but they’re maybe too clinical for your music library. Depends if you like that analytical sound though. For an IEM if you could go for the seekreal Dawn pro or kiwi ears orchestra lite I think you’d be happy
@@FreshReviewsYT Thanks for the quick reply. Out of those 2 IEMs which would you pick personally? Having never used an IEM I am also concerned about comfort.
Also, how would something more budget from your budget recommendations, like the SIMGOT EM6L compare?
Thanks in advance!
simgot qdc cable do you like it? I bought it and I didn't know it had that cable, I don't know if I should return it and buy the kiwi lite
Do you consider de Moonriver ti 2 better dac/amp than SMSL SH6? I need an amp for my DT 880 32 ohm
I appreciate ur work. Have you tried qck hbb Khan? I'm curious to know your opinion on how they perform in gaming considering that they are similarly priced to the truthear zero
I have. Enjoyed for music but not gaming
Apparently KZ Krila has beyond good imaging, in the budget department. Would love for you to try them, i found a reviewer, that said the qkz x hbb, and that one(kz krila) are on par in imaging. he tried 7 budget iems, including the wahner,hola,ew100p. and said the qkz x hbb, and krila were the best in the budget department in terms of imaging and soundstage. Would love for u to try them since their so cheap, and ur reviews are based on imaging and gaming.
I wouldn't recommend budget KZ. Flow of quality is big. Bad cables, synchronization between different types of drivers...
Instead of just saying budget can you also put the price range in the title
Subbed! Been looking for someone reviewing IEMs for gaming. Currently interested in the Simgot EW200. I was wondering if there's any way you could measure the default cable? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I would be upgrading the cable when I get it, just not it immediately. And what are some good budget cable options?
Hey some really nice cables can be found through Tripowin on amazon. Good prices. All cables are really the same typical length unless you find a custom one
Simgot EW200 vs Original Truthear Zero for competetive gaming?
Hey Fresh! How does nozzle size for the EW200 compare to the Truthear Zeros?
Also have u any news on the Kiwi Ears Forteza? Thanks!
Smaller! And not nearly as long
Love your IEM videos.
Would love to get a link or product name for the cable you use as I just broke the pins on mine :(
Look for the tripowin Zonie cable on amazon
Im, on the fence over the orchestra lite and the hd 660s for competitive games like Valorant. I would also like to listen to music, but thats more of a secondary requirement. What do you recommend?
Lite
Hey @fresh, thanks for all the work you do for us. since the list is big now with diff budget range, what would you suggest the best IEM under $150 for Valorant, imaging focused. i dont care about music listening.
Many are good for valorant. Me personally, I’d either use the Dunu kima or em6l
@@FreshReviewsYT Thank you. how would compare them with let's say 560s imaging. better? same? or close but 560 better?
Great Video! I recently bought the OG truthear crin zero which I like and is better that the Logitech g pro headset I had. My problem is that when playing cs2 sometimes sounds like gunshots can cover something like the sound of footsteps and also they don't give me a good perception of the vertical position of the enemies. So I am thinking of adding another iem to my collection and I am willing to spend up to 100-150$ with great restraint though. Do you think its worth it to buy another iem? I am looking into Simgot EW200 because it seems to have a lot for the price and more expensive ones don't seem to justify the price difference.
Maybe try the em6L
the high frequency of the EW200 can be a bit overwhelming for some people specially for higher pitched voices they can get tiring. The stock tips sizing were dogshit, the L size felt like M and could not seal. I used with dunu SS XL (not sure if L would be better) but these tips or narrow bore tips can help reduce high frequencies. VERY good for telling where sound is coming from. Despite the highs frequency focus it has decent bass.
For music I would say is great for vocals but it can be still enjoyable for rock and other bass related music. I could hear single notes or even vibrations of strings
I hear white noise with these when using with a USB sound card due to low 16 ohm impedance of the EW200 which makes it more sensitive to noise, when using directly to the P2 3.5mm from the motherboard there is no noise
Will try with spinfit omni, fiio hs18 and trn t eartips.
Thanks for the write up and sharing your thoughts
The only audiophile who can differentiate 7.6 from 7.5 when it comes to quality :D
Hey Fresh, Howdy mate?
In comparison to the OG Crinacle Zero to Simgot Ew200, which one would you prefer?
Specially for competitive gaming like valorant for clear seperation and crystal sound?
Both are good but I personally give the zero the slight edge from my testing. Slight edge.
@@FreshReviewsYT
Thanks a lot ❤
Kiwi Ears Quartet or Simgot EM6L? I play Valorant and Apex but not really in a sweaty way. I can’t choose between the two cause I’m worried I won’t get a great gaming experience with the quartet or can’t get a great listening experience with the simgot. Would like your take on this.
Great vid as usual.
The Em6l is great
@@FreshReviewsYT Was going to get the em6l based on your recommendation but I ended up seeing a $60 quartet and couldn't pass up on the deal. Did you ever play around with the notches on these and which one is the best for gaming?
where did the Moondrop Lan go from your budget list? :D it was above Dunu Kima, i will get it in few days finally, some issues with it? :D
Still a wall hack certified budget pair. They will be moved over to the google doc once prepared
Nice vid.
Have you tested the CCA Duo?
Not yet
Hey fresh!
which dac amp would you recommend to pair with my og crin zero?
My budget for dac amp is pretty limited
I play Valorant
Thanks
Fiio k11 is pretty solid
Does the moonriver ti 2 support mic output?
Whats best iems for the 100-200 dollar range
A shame that others didnt go in but the ew200 is really good for the price its going for like damn.
is the zetian wu heyday still great for comp gaming today or is there a better budget planar out there?
I like it
New vid idea! every time i watch your budget quest videos wish that you mentioned how do you compare your budget list to your mid range list from a performance stand point. Hope you make a separate vid comparing maybe No. 1 & 2 budget with mid range just to know if it's close to some of the more expensive ones or way far behind. Thank you 🤍
Noted! And working on a google doc
@@FreshReviewsYT that would be the best for someone interested in budget iems like me. Please share it on CZcams once done if possible. Very much appreciated
Im trying to get a budget iem to play Valorant in the long run, should I pick the qkz hbb or simgot ew200?
(the simgot ew200 price = 2 x qkz hbb price)
The ew200 would be my pick between the two
Hi Fresh, Does Truthear x Crin Zero better than dunu falcon pro? or do you have any recommend around 50-250$ that should be an upgrade from duno falcon pro and I paired it with ifi zen v2. Thanks!
Go for the orchestra lite
@@FreshReviewsYT thanks
great IEMs bro, ive been thinking about purchasing kiwi, truthear zero or aria. but since my HD560s just arrived and im experiencing some kind of a bug where audio from the sides and behind sound muffled even silenced, especially from behind, it literally produces the most minimal of sounds, if im not looking straight at where the audio is coming from the sound is vastly reduced, i cant hear distant gunshots, chests, footsteps from the side or behind etc. but if i look towards the origin of the sound i hear everything very clear and good, i thought i would ask you on how to deal with this. any suggestions?
Probably what you’re driving them with and turn of all spatial audio stuff if it’s on.
@@FreshReviewsYT i used razer blackshark before using the sennheisers but i uninstalled the device so i dont know what might be the issue. My motherboard is x570 phantom gaming if thats what ure refeering to driving the headphones with.
@@goblin4562 yea the 560s are a bit harder to drive than some gaming headsets and headphones. I’d recommend getting a nice amp dac if possible

what would you say are the main differences on the zero and ew200?@@FreshReviewsYT
For the truthear crib zero can you please explain what with adapter mean? And is it not worth using without an adapter?
The impedance adapter is something that comes with the new red zero

I’d recommend upgrading your amp dac if you can’t hear footsteps around you
@@FreshReviewsYT I don't use an amp, do you have a budget friendly suggestion ? I hear footsteps actually but never know if it's above or under me...
Should I pair a 50$ IEM (Truthear Zero) with a mobile 50$ DAC/AMP (mainly because I also want to use it with my Android phone besides my computer? Or should I get cheaper mobile DAC/AMP (like 20-30$)? I dont know if pairing a mobile DAC/AMP with the same price as the IEM is a good idea or not? And would I get any improvements at this price range? I use them mainly for gaming and movies.
The truthear shio is a great one
@@FreshReviewsYT Thanks for your reply. But this is even more expensive than the Truthear Zero. I mean, is buying a DAC/AMP that is even more expensive than your IEM such a good idea? If I could afford the combo Zero + Shio, wouldn't buying the SIMGOT EM6L, which is number 1 on your budget list, together with a cheap 20$ DAC/AMP like the Moondrop Click give me more for competitive gaming?
Hi freshreviews, have you tried the Dunu Falcon Ultra yet?
I have not
@@FreshReviewsYT Appreciate the response. Will you be trying it anytime soon?
Hoping the qkz gets knocked out of the 20 dollar bracket soon, it's too dang bass heavy to take seriously for gaming lol, even though it's good
please review the kz zar.
Simgot EW200 vs OG Zero. Which one would you recommend for shooters?
I recommend both.
I was fine getting the orchestra lite around $250. Heard the bass wasn’t greatest so was wondering how much better the Canon II’s are cause that’s almost $400 then.
Or do I just save money and settle on the EM6L’s man so many options I cannot chose…
And if anyone sees this since idk where to discuss it(sorry). I don’t have a dac I just plug my iems into my pc, is a dac something I should have?
A nice upgrade path is Em6l and then save for something great like the xenns top
Something like the topping dx3 pro + will improve audio over on board
I already got he Em6ls haha I love them, thanks for everything!!@@FreshReviewsYT
