The night Kevin Smith shot his standup special is the night he had a heart attack. He learned that if he didn't change his habits, he'd end up right back in the hospital. So he quit drinking 2 gallons of milk a day and went vegan.

I met Kevin at a meet and great right before the pandemic. He said I had an awesome beard and that floored me. He also took a few minutes extra to tell me and my wife (fiancé at the time. We were getting married the next day) about how special love was and how it made the world a better place

I Drink 2-3 Gallons Every 2 Days And Ive Been A Scrawny Thing Most My Life. And As An Adult, As If LoL, Of 34, Im 5ft11in, 160lbs-175lbs(This Time Of Year). However I Dance Away Alot Of Those Calories. Go Figure... Strange To Find Someone Else As Down With The Dairy As Me. Much Respect Mr. Smith!!

It would have been fine had he not lied. He did not need to then get vulgar and insult anyone who called him out for lying nor did be need to insult his fans when they called him out as well. It was childish and it showed the kind of man Kevin Smith is.

I my dad having to have his chest cracked made him give up cigarettes... unfortunately we all found out that cigarettes had been killing his munchies from the weed for decades and when he gave up cigarettes the munchies hit him hard. Dude turned into a damn hoover. Eat a whole tube of chips ahoy cookies and drink a pot of coffee as a pre dinner snack. Went from 175 to 265 in less then four yrs. Sadly the old man's heart couldn't take the strain and gave out. I think he new he was having heart problems, but was scared to death about having to his chest cracked again. If had known by that time all he would have needed was stint he could've lived. Trauma affects all different. The old man lived like he was on borrowed time after the first heart attack. Wow...what a fucking over share. Probably should delete this but took to damn long too type it so... Oh well. 🤷🏻♂️🤣

I call bs on the 2 gallons of whole milk… maybe 2 half gallon cartons but 2 gallons of whole milk daily? That’d be over 4500 calories just from milk everyday. Idk how big people manage insane diets that get them that way

Speaking from experience, food addiction is one of the worst addictions. I was a heavy drinker up into my 30s, and cold-turkeyed alcohol to prevent full-on alcoholism...no issue at all. At around the same age, I cold-turkeyed a pack-and-a-half smoking 'habit', no issues at all.
But crap food and over-eating? That's a whole other ball game. Food addiction (specifically, shit food) is damn hard to shake off for the simple reason that you can't cold-turkey eating. You have to eat, and putting any food in your mouth will trigger the over-eat response, every single time.

If he supplemented amino acids fats and collagen it'll help his skin bounce back. You need the animal nutrients to help with skin hair nails and eyes.
