1957 Porsche Speedster Replica for sale in Naples, FL
The car has 1835cc flat 4 Scat motor which has been recently torn down and fully resealed and clearances checked. New Italian dual 40mm Weber IDF carbs, clutch, flywheel, fuel lines, fuel filter, bell-crank linkage, all new engine tin and doghouse, FRAM oil filter housing and filter (for show), new spark plugs, wires, distributor and cap, new gauges, new steering wheel, new wide 5 disc brakes and rotors along with brand new lightweight aluminum wheels, tires and Porsche baby moons. Original Porsche 356 Umbrella handle under the dash (for show) and original 356 turn signal. Handbrake lever has been removed from the center tunnel but can be reconnected. It will be included with the sale along with a box of extra parts such as cruizin’ windows, front and rear bumper overriders and hood straps (never installed). The car has a brand new top that has never been installed as well and will be included with the sale. This Porsche Speedster replica is offered for private sale in Naples, Florida with an asking price of $45k. Shipping worldwide available at buyer’s expense.

Back in 1976 or 77 I purchased a 1956 - 356-C model that didn't run, for $500! While at the home picking it up, I messed with the car a bit, took the battery out to charge it up. When I replaced it, I noticed that the Positive and Negative had been reversed prior. So hooking back up correctly, the lights came on... I got in the seat and turned the key, it started right up...! So, to my amazement, the owner was amazed it was running also. I couldn't bare to tell him what I did. So I took off down the road. Sold it a few months later for a few thousand. Wish I had kept it. as I wish I kept my 63 Vette, 66 Vette, assorted Harley's and an E'Type Jag... lOL all fun in the sun in the 1970's.

Hi Justin. Do you know by any chance where the steering wheel horn button was sourced? I have the same steering wheel on my Vintage Speedster and have been wanting to go with the classic 356 horn button. Any help would be appreciated. Best
