Karnataka and Kannadigas were pioneers of culinary skills and art in earlier ages also
Manasollasa the great epic written during the reign of the great Kannada Emperor Chalukya Someshwara III contains major chapters devoted to most culinary preparations in use today in Karnataka and these were sunsequetly abrogated by Maharastra Andhra Tamilnadu peoples.
Vaddaradhane ,another book written during Kannada Hoysala empire time has very earliest mentioned of idly dose vade shavige sandige Holige etc
Soopa shastra another karnataka origin early cook book contains descriptions of what is called soup today
Karnataka and KannDugas had specialized books devoted only to culinary arts at least two centuries before the first exclusive culinary book came up in France Europe
The karnataka origin Vijaynagara empire encompassed andhra Tamil nadu and most of the common food items were taken from karnataka to those areas
Even today Udipi Mangalore Mysuru Bengaluru Tumkur Bidadi Davangere Hubli Dharwad Belgaum are great innovators and originators of delicious food items popular all over India

Nice and simple receipe but tastes very good. You can also add pav bhaji masala instead of mango bath powder.
It's not mango bath..It's vangibath

How to make baangi bath masala
I have been all along thinking that Khara bath has a special kind of powder made which is added // Surprised to note that just Vangi bath powder or Sambar powder is good enough // However it needs to be ratified with another Cafe in Bengaluru wrt the powder used //
Its aweesome i love khara bhath any time😁🙂

1st view1st comment me mam super mam
For 1/2 cup rava 2 1/2 cups water is too much right? You mean for every 1 cup right?
The measuring spoons are never in stock..if the original site can be mentioned great..
You can always find some on Amazon. 😊

In that hotel they dont use onion
Kara bath seem to be soggy and sticky. Is it so? I feel water you added is huge. Should cut down for better consistency
Drool'n Dine

No, we haven't used graphics.
If you want to know the editing software we use, it's Adobe Premiere Pro.
