Awesome, my grandpa was born in the 30s so he served for last two years of Korea and all of Vietnam, he was the dude on ships waving the flags for the jets. Over 20 years in the navy.

Much as I enjoy Knight SGC's videos, there's a missed opportunity here to show Easy Company during D-Day, the attack on Carentan, Operation Market Garden.
Of course, most of the song is centered on their stand at Bastogne, but it would have been nice to see their earlier engagements at the beginning of the song.
Still, great video!

That was essentially what the 101st did in Bastogne. They would literally jump into a foxhole, get shelled to shit, fight the SS, and while the SS were grabbing their wounded, jump into another foxhole and do it all again.

Well LT speirs went into the battle to relieve Dike, who was originally leading the attack. And LT speirs needed to send a message to I company, so he ran to the other side of Foy to send the message. Band of Brothers (which is what the clips are from) got it slightly wrong, as he didn’t run through the town, but past it on the side.
