New year, new dose of affordable skincare from yours truly - Essence and Catrice. I've been using these products for months trying to figure out which ones are worth the money (even though there's not a lot of money in stake) and which ones are just not it and can be skipped. As always we have some winners but we also have some not-so-much winners. Some of these products I nearly used up and some of them are my tride and true when I travel. So sit back, relax and enjoy the first skincare ride of this year!

I just bought the essence pore minimising serum. I was wondering , does it become soapy when you spread it or is it just my bottle?😅
I totally forgot it does that! It happened to me a couple times when I started using it but once I started using just a couple drops on pretty much dry face is was fine. I always soaped up with very wet products for me so maybe that will help 😅

I use tretinion so can I use the pore minimizing serum ?
Hi! I am not familiar with tretinion, from what I found it looks like a prescription retinol but I am not a dermatologist so I cannot give you advice on that. It's probably best you ask a professional for an answer so you're not risking anything
