Renaut duster vibrations

This is the Renaut duster it has a vibration and shakes I checked from the computer so two coil is bad and you check your car.

MK Mechanic, I have an issue with my 2015 duster when I start my car every morning it makes vibrates the whole engine I already change the coil and plug but still the same. please advise thank you

My duster has mad rattle in the morning but I think it's just heat shield over exhaust.. it only happens first start in the morning.. rest of the day its fine
