Ingredients!
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper,
1/2 teaspoon old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon dry pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 a lime juice

Made them! Mine were way smaller and I didn't have old bay seasoning so I used this red lobster seafood seasoning. They released a lot of juice so they didn't fry up quite as golden but it was delicious!! Will definitely keep in my repertoire. Thank you!

Then it would be garlic scallops. Go for it.
I'm Italian, we don't put cheese on seafood. And doing it that was is a waste of good cheese that just glued itself to the pan.
All the ingredients are spot on for a great scallop, however next time you should throw some wine/broth or whatever you have on hand to deglaze. Apart from that this looks amazing.

Question I cannot get fresh scallops I live on a mountain, is there anything special I have to do with frozen ones to make them look and taste even close to fresh ones?

Cooking should be of your own taste. As a subscriber to many cooking channels, I use my own choice of seasonings most of the time . That's the beauty of cooking, putting your own twist on recipes.
Scallops have a wonderful natural flavor, I only use a little salt and pepper,a dash of paprika and a dasher cayenne. Remember the lemon has really all the flavor you need if nothing else.
Just use old bay seasoning.

Overcooked. Boil a teapot. Put the scallop on a fork and slowly pour the hot water over it. When it's hot and white, sprinkle a little salt on it. Scallops are perfect just like God and Momma Nature intended.
