    Can you check sensor wires
    5volt reference wire?

      Hi Samuel, great question!
      Yes you can! The PP3 voltmeter can measure from 0.1V up to 70V DC. This makes sensor checks quick and easy.

    Can somebody tell me HOW to put everything back in the blow molded case? I have the PPKIT03S with the ECT3000...I saved for the kit for years. I always put it off, making due with a crappy multimeter and testlight. I finally get it, open it, get all hyped that I FINALLY got one...
    And I cant put it back. That cover that holds the top flat items in place is alread worn out and pops out of the pe hinges. I cannot for the live of me fit the cables back. Why would you make the box just big enough for a machine bundled cable? Once you open it..then what? I dont have a lot of space in my tookbox to just split it up in some other generic case. That solution already opens me up to losing adapters and whatnot. I know the tool, and its great. But...
    I feel like a fool because I let myself get excited about it. And now I cant help but feel that if the case is this poor executed, what else could be bad? Ill try to call you guys but I work nights..so its gonna be tough.

    Except for applying power to a component, my DMM does everything this does.

      That "applying power and ground" deal is kind of a big thing....

      Does it quicker with this. Also, it has an audible tone. Sometimes I’m reaching in tight spaces and you can’t always put the DMM in view quickly and easily.

    Can you use this for an 18v battery drill?

      @threadtapwhisperer5136 Před 3 měsíci

      It says its rated to 24 volts.
      Full disclosure:
      I just got a pp3, ifn jt was me, id test 18v drill stuff but not metabo 36v or other manufacturers.
      But I am NOT a professional NOR am I a expert.
      Probe carefully, the sparks will guide us... 😂
