Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: The reviews you read are true to form, the thing that NOMA does is give you an error code with no public information on the meaning of it.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: Just about every other brand does.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: I've worked with these before and the cause is either a drain/pump out issue, or the humidity sensor.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: If the bucket is empty I doubt you've got a drain issue.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: The humidity sensor looks like this ( http:/prntscr.com/t26q8h ) Similar to a thermostat, but it operates on humidity levels/demand instead of temperature Some people bypass it entirely, some replace it.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: It depends on how far you want to go, and which way you want to approach it.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: Bypassing it will make the unit run all the time, and this is assuming this is the only problem that we have.
Tamar D.: Master Tradesman: One other thing, NOMA parts are very hard to find, so you will have to locate the humidity sensor, get the numbers off the board directly and we can try and find it like that.
