I am 12 years old and my dream is to make a big difference in the world and be remembered for years and years and have people still say my name far in the future - I could be a famous author or create a new cure for a deadly disease, become a famous artist or give children in poor countries a better life.

2 years ago I joined the Marines. Some people I know told me I’d never get it done. I wasn’t very fast or big or strong but I went anyway. I used all that that they had told me and used that as motivation and 3 months later I graduated.

A year ago today I got a call for a manager apprentice interview and I listened to this right before my interview and there was something inside of me that just changed. The interview went great.. a week later I got a call and got the job. A month later I got the management position and it has impacted my financial life. Same here Brother I found Les Brown and Eric Thimas about 15 years ago, after I had gotten out of the Marine Corps and had both of my hips replaced with titanium joints and then had them both replaced again before I was 35, I was self-medicating daily with a half gallon of alcohol, all kinds of opiate pain medication, xanax, and at the end i ended up shooting heroin... and these videos gave me the courage to get sober and quit everything cold Turkey on my 35th bday, they have literally changed my entire life my outlook on life and how my subconscious mind works and if it can work for me it can work for anyone this January on my dads birthday I'll have 10 years sober from the alcohol the pills and the heroin and i still listen to Les Brown videos almost every day.❤❤❤

Guys you can do anything,if your reading this i hope it hits you,if you fall 400 times get back up,at one point you will succeed if you get laughed at for something you like that should motivate you prove them wrong,if your unfit just jog dont stop ya it will hurt but only temporarily but once you keep going it gets easier,see im 13 i had some belly fat i use to sit on my phone or games and eat but it hit me what am i gonna do so i did 10-15 pushups it was so hard today i day 50-70 i jog around my whole neighborhood i dont stop so if your reading this i want you to go out there do as many pushups until you fall and dont stop until you cant breathe----- have a very nice day :)

i started listening to these shortly after getting kicked out. i was working at a jimmy johns, i was basically homeless, and living in the couch of a person i had met on facebook marketplace a week prior. i wasnt on the lease but i was paying them a majority of my check for rent. im a highschool drop out with little to no qualifications. but now im a manager, about to be a general manager at a pizza place. it takes hard work yall, but success isnt impossible. only unrealistic and unreasonable goals are.

I mean I don't profess to understand life fully and I ultimately believe all of us here are having an experience, whether we are Bill gates or that homeless man on the streets. With that being said I understand that if you live, you may as well live good and that means living life on your own terms, which in turn means you need to 'free' yourself from constrictions and obligations to things.
This is why I am on the path to becoming rich, because I NEED the freedom, my heart needs the option to do what it want, when it wants, where it wants and with who it wants and I don't care if I spend my whole entire fucking life trying to get that - I FUCKING WILL!
It's not an insecure thing like my family didn't believe in me "so I'm going to prove them wrong" or a things like "I want to be the greatest at..." or whatever - because it doesn't matter if you are Bill Gates or the homeless man; you are important and certainly not more important than anyone else - do it for you! For your heart and it's freedom!

Listened to this 1.5weeks ago and handed my notice in. What's next? Who knows, what I do know is I've been smiling ever since. Ps I know Les was saying don't quit your job, do it a bit at a time but this way I have to find the next step instead of staying in a job that made me miserable.

I'm 15 and this is inspiring me, I gave up at 13 due to depression and I have been failing my classes and if you are someone being depressed or going through a tough time, it gets better don't ever give up on life you're here for a reason, you deserve to be here! God made you for a reason, follow your dreams if that dream isn't for you then well find something else that you would love to do. Fear is not worth it, depression isn't a excuse, and going through a tough time isn't a excuse you have to fight that depression, anxiety, fear, whatever your going through.
