- I show you how to make beats for free using Akai's MPC Beats Software. I make a hip-hop sample beat with FIRE plugins all FOR FREE! No MIDI controller needed, no MPC needed, just download and GO! This MPC Beats tutorial also applies to MPC Software (2.8 and up) and will work on both Mac and PC Platforms. This is a 2 part series where we will first make the beat, then we will mix the sample beat in a FREE DAW using FREE plugins to craft the final sound.

@@labandlegacy I think there's always a desire for more mixing videos in the mpc community. You could build off this one with videos like mixing in the mpc standalone only, mixing in your daw of choice with your favorite non-free plugins, etc. I thought the 2 part series was pretty cool too to see separate workflows or beat making/mixing. Sample mixing can be tricky sometimes so there's an idea.
Sound design stuff along the lines of your 808 vid?
Using or reviewing sample packs from smaller creators (like your Soo100 vid) are great for the community in general and fun to find "hidden gems".
I've gotten some great info from separate videos of yours about how to make loops more dynamic and exciting for song creation- the low pass automation, on this video, other videos tips such as using riser, drum change ups, filter stuff (you used the reason rack, a commented mentioned filter gate) so please keep including them. Even a dedicated video compilation if it made sense?
Also seems like videos with specific vsts do well views wise. This seems to be especially true (with good timing) of free ones that drop like when reason rack was on pluginbotique.
