    Always pick up airdrops as soon as they appear, another wont drop until the previous is picked up.
    Also, any crit rate over 100% gets added to crit damage, there is no double crit.

    Backwatcher text just means when the main gun shoots there's a round shot out behind you. Solid weapon choice to level since you can get multiples which creates a fan of shots behind.

      Pretty sure you can see it shooting even when the main weapon is overheated and NOT shooting though?
      The only thing that seems to be relevant to the main weapon is that the Backwatcher fires in the direct opposite direction to the main weapon.

    Been slamming this game since your first video of it. Such a laid back and chill game. Bit easy though but I dont mind.😮
    Keep in mind you can turn of the weapon cooling too, its a mod.

    Huge jump in difficulty, my 1st death and quite early in the run
    Seems like grind is a must, it´ll still be a challenging game, even if you don't rush like a mad man

    They need to shorten the time and speed up the game dynamically. Like if nothing can get close to you in 30 seconds, faster respawn so you can wait less time. The last ten minutes are just boring.

    if memory serves there is a mod you have on by default that increases your weapon dmg by 50% but it makes your weapon overheat, take that off and you will be shooting all the time, with focus on dmg upgrades you can still make it do good damage but non stop, thou Im not sure if you can get +50dmg/increased cd.upgradesw and if you can, will it give the weapon cookdown since you have no cd??? might have to try it out and see :)

      I was about to comment about that mod, removing it and installing Crit rate is nice. When removed all upgrades are replaced with Fire rate, Damage, Extra projectiles, bounce.

    backwatcher fires every time your main weapon fires - at least that seems what description says
    Abd high dmg nubmers can be shots amplified with prysm

      I already got to 3K from each beam with 130% crit 500% crit dmg and Evo'd Prism.
      Also had 5 beams with 3 bounce and lots of fire rate and dmg.

    Played around 8 hours so far. As fun as the game can be, it can lose its edge.
    The upgrade paths are too linear and the upgrade selection is too deterministic. This leads to the player having very little incentive to 'go for a build'. Sooner or later you will simply stop seeing main weapon upgrades outside of generic ones. Equipment upgrades then max quickly. Leaving you with very little to do late game or plan for early game. Building armor/health seems very pointless, as you will either get overwhelmed or not depending on damage only. I don't know if there is some threshold where you simply stop taking damage that makes it worth it but I doubt it. I usually only take it since there's nothing else available.
    The gameplay meta revolves around maintaining a balance between damage and buffing enemies. Because most weapons can be made to delete 1/3 of a screen and most equipment needs no managing at all there is very little gameplay revolving around equipment or guns. It's all just turns into a giant blob. After that you are just farming resources. Best way to do that is increase the amount of enemies by buying a buff for them again and again.
    It's not bad, just shallow. But most of these games have that problem. Maybe this is the best game of its kind so far is it's not doing anything silly to get inbetween the player and the core gameplay. But I'd wish there was deeper customization, more variance in upgrading and so on. However that wouldn't be very fair as a point of criticism since, as far as I know, there are no games that do that, so 8/10. Fine timewasting.

      Yeah, I don't think the game even warrants videos because on top of all the spot on observations you've made the game is simply too easy. No weapon yet has failed me to do any mission in midnight mode with all three challenges, though I caveat I'm only starting the Tundra so far. But there has not been any challenge even with midnight modes and triple challenges.

      Later there are suit mods that let you manipulate mod drop chance and rolling manipulating mods where you can streamline your evolution's if you know how. Health and Armor are kinda a thing later on when you have low hp suits that needs to tank random hits and/or taking specific weapons that makes the beginning of higher level maps safer. When you have unlocked more suits, the modding of the suits, the weapon choice plus the streamlining for their strength ingame is what i would call a "build" in this game.

      It's also very easy, the tons of levels get a little bothersome and the item that picks poweups for you just makes bad choices and you end up with 6 half-leveled equipment, maximum armor etc, the 'exp gain' sound is very annoying and the fact that the game resets the sound effects level every new game makes it so much worse. Also, the best weapon/suit are the default ones, except after 55m in endless mode where the damage buffs reign supreme. Health/armor are rather useless - in early maps where you can get 2-shot, mobs are few and you can avoid them easily while in later maps when you can get overwhelmed it's usually a sign you lack damage, not defense.
