Kent McCuddin has worked in the advertising industry for over 30 years, accumulating more than 100 creative awards with his work appearing on five different continents. McCuddin and his daughter, Allison Poss, are co-developers in the process of creating a program that will break down barriers and heighten the appreciation for Creative Intelligence.
