"Does perception of beauty affect women's careers?" - my AQA A-Level EPQ presentation

i initially thought against uploading this but i thought this was be quite useful for anyone who chooses to undertake the EPQ. my EPQ was to discover on whether or not perception of beauty would affect the academic or career prospects of women. beauty is a topic i'd always been passionate in and it has always affected me growing up. the completion of this project was very fulfilling to me, it hit very close to home and i would have loved it if i had more time and opportunity to get into more detail about my project. regardless, i hope you get something out of this!
