To be honest I was in a little depression and use to overslept (I still do) and skip a meal and when I wake up I never brush and go to eat... I continue this for more than 7-8 months... But I didn't suffered any major problem... But the whiteness of my teeths faded a little bit... Now from about 2-3 weeks I brush my teeth still skipping 2-3 days sometimes 🙁... Time is not going well for me... But whenever I'm with my friends I'm again that funny bright positive smiling boy Hope I will recover soon... Missing you
