Ingredients:
1 cup urad ki dhuli dal ( 200 g split washed Black gram )
½ cup moong ki dhuli dal ( 100 g split washed green gram )
2'inch ginger
2-3 green chillies
½ tsp salt
you can add 1 pinch cooking soda as well.
luke warm water as require
asafoetida ¼ tsp
½ tsp salt
2 cups of curd or as require + 2 tbsp sugar
green chutney.
red chutney
pomegranate ( optional )
sev bhujia ( optional )
Special masala:
cumin powder - 2 tsp
chili powder- 2 tsp
pepper powder- 1 tsp
chat masala - 2 tsp
black salt - 2 tsp
regular salt - 1 tsp

½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala

3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup curd
coriander leaves
mint leaves
2 golden fried onions
1 cup oil
Rice:
3-4 liter water
2-3 bay leaves
1-3 cinnamon stick
3-4 cardamom
3-4 cloves
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp salt
4-5 green chillies
4 -5 cup sella rice or biryani rice ( I'm using 4 Cups )
