• Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
• Vanilla 1 tsp
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Milk 1 L
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Sweet whipped cream 1 cup
• Chocolate cookies 18
SUGAR COATED DONUTS
Ingredients
• Warm Milk 250 ml
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Yeast 2 tsp
• Egg 1, at room temperature
• Butter 40 grams, at room temperature
• All-purpose flour 400 grams
• Oil for frying
• Sugar for coating
JHATPAT MUTTON MASALA
Ingredients
• Meat 1 kg, small boti
• Oil 1 cup
• Green cardamoms 4
• Black cardamoms 2
• Cloves 3
• Cinnamon sticks 2
• Bay leaves 2
• Onions 2 medium, sliced
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp (or to taste)
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 2 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
• Water 2 cups
• Garam masala 3/4 tsp
• Fresh coriander 2-3 tbsp, chopped
MUTTON MASALA DUM BIRYANI
Ingredients
• Oil 1 cup
• Onions 3 medium, sliced
• Clove 6
• Black peppercorns 15
• Green cardamoms 6
• Red meat 1 kg
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Green chilies 2-3, crushed
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Salt 1.5 tsp
• Red chili powder 3/4 tsp or more as per taste
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 2 tsp
• Tomatoes big, 4 chopped
• Water 2-3 cups
• Biryani masala 2 tbsp
• Potatoes 3 large, cut into big chunks
Rice
• Long grain basmati rice 3 cups
• Black Peppercorns 10-12
• Cinnamon 2-3 sticks)
• Star anise 2
• Cloves 5-6
• Bay Leaf 2-3
• Green Cardamoms 4
• Black Cardamoms 2
• Oil 2-3 tbsp
Ingredients For Layering the Biryani
• Fresh coriander, chopped
• Fresh Mint leaves, chopped
• Green Chilies, chopped
• Lemon slices
• 1/2 cup fried onions
• Potato wedges
• Yellow Food color 1/4 tsp mixed with 2 tbsp plain water or kewra water
CREAM PASTA
Ingredients
• Uncooked pasta 1.5 Packet (600 grams)
• Butter 1/2 cup
• Onions 2 medium, chopped
• Garlic 4 cloves, chopped
• Chicken cubes 2
• Tomato paste 1/2 cup
• Fresh cream 1 cup
• Water as needed
• Salt if needed (chicken cubes already contain enough salt)
• White pepper as needed
• Oregano 1 tsp
CHATKHARA MUTTON KEBAB
Ingredients
• Fine Mutton mince (or beef) 1 kg (with 20% means 200 grams fat added)
• Onion 1 big or 1.5 medium, grated
• Bread slices 4
• Salt to taste
• Chili flakes 3/4 tsp
• Chat masala 3/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
• Cumin Powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Green chilies 2-3, chopped
• Fresh coriander chopped, a handful
• Egg 1 small
• Ginger paste 3/4 tsp
• Garlic paste 3/4 tsp
• Bread slices 4
Coating
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Onion 1 big, sliced
• Garlic 2 cloves, grated
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Green chili 1, slit
• Ketchup 3 tbsp
• Imli paste 2 tsp or more
• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Red chili sauce to taste
• Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Corn flour 2 tsp mixed in 1/2 cup water
• Fresh coriander 2 tbsp, chopped
