That would be a great option: rent the cart for 24 hours and stay overnight exploring Isla Mujeres and its vibrant nightlife for stays. It depends on your budget. Unfortunately, no, I have always rented a golf cart or taken my own vehicle on the car ferry from Cancun to Isla, but public transport should be cheap to go around the island.
