Fun fact, Edinburgh isn't the biggest city in Scotland. That'd be Glasgow, by far. Edinburgh has just always been the capital and has the most culture. Though neither of them have skyscrapers. Only 4 cities (or 2 depending on how you see it) have them. Westminster, City, Manchester and Salford. Which are all in England and are basically just London and Manchester
Srew thinking a scottish city would look like a north american one with tons of skyscrapers is very surprising… he really should learn that no city in europe looks like a modern metropolis like that. All european have older and more classical buildings. The only ones that exceptions would be maybe like london, moscow and istanbul. But even those have many older classical buildings, not just skyscrapers
