Union minister and BJP leader Smriti Irani on Friday said that Rahul Gandhi's decision to not contest from Amethi Lok Sabha seat was a huge compliment from her, as she believes she was "extremely important for the Congress".
"For the Congress party to say that their entire strategy and energy was focused on me is a huge compliment because it means that I was extremely important to them," she said while speaking exclusively with India Today TV.

But, BJP just like any other project or development narrative its spending more money on advertisement and PR to make bhakths belive that they are bringing change and making clean. They dont care to address the problem in reality. All the industrial and human wastes are still dumped to ganga. Many (Most) industries are illegally working on the banks of ganga and its tributaries but BJP might have recieved donations or funds from them and then BJP is protecting them.
