The Curse of Atuk

- The Curse of Atuk - Over the course of nearly two decades, seven celebrities lost their lives in tragic circumstances. The one thing they all had in common? Each of them had at, one point or another, read the same film script. This week, we question whether there is any substance to the ominous Curse of Atuk...

In order to prove or disprove this curse’s existence, I demand this script be given to James Corden as soon as possible.
Right now!
This is the best way to prove the theroy.
Its a win win kinda.
Give it to Keanu Reeves!!
@@tarvinchen2930 what the fuck is wrong with you?
@@tarvinchen2930 okay Matthew Perry.
Love your style of commentary. No overdone, sudden jumpscare music or tunes to overexaggerate a story, just a simple sombre melody and a very informative narrator.
Completely agree
The plot for Atuk I sounds strangely similar to the animated film "Norm of the North"...It may have killed Rob Schneiders career.
Holy shit, I was just thinking that as I listened to the synopsis for the film!
Rob Schneider had a career?
You don't think...nah
You're right Snakes3425 Rob Schneiders career was long dead before this.
Inb4 cartoon "reviewers" start reeeeeing
Just happens that several of those people are on self a destructive binge of drugs, alcohol and behavioral issues.
not candy or hartman
@Spooksville Scoob That was a rumour. Candy wasn't known as a serious drug user, if at all. Candy had weight issues throughout his adult life and was a heavy smoker. Neither is good for your long term health, especially the older you get. John Candy was carrying around a death warrant, but not because of drugs and booze.
@@TheSeanm102 Hartman was just careless and naive. A psycho, druggie bitch of a wife and an unsecured handgun under the same roof is a bad mix. No matter how much care about, or have invested in, somebody like that, some people are beyond help. Especially if they are unwilling to help themselves. In that case, for your own health and sanity, it's sometimes best to just cut your losses, grieve for your loss, and move on. And Hartman's troubles didn't just pop up out of the blue. He went through a long period of psychological and physical abuse at the hands of that woman because she loved her "fix" more than she loved the man who tried to help her and save their marriage (that he cherished,; a rarity in modern Hollyweird). And the gun should have been unloaded, locked away to where only Hartman had access to it, and the ammo secured separately from the weapon as long as she was under the same roof. It's bad to say, but the truth isnt sunshine and rainbows. Hartman played with fire and got burned. While his wife was the actual criminal in this case, Hartman could've taken steps to protect his own ass.
Well, Candy's was more brought on by weight, Hartman was murdered by someone ON drugs, and Kinison was sober at the time, but killed by a drunk driver (to the nest of my knowledge). Really, I'm more disturbed by the similarities between the deaths of Belushi and Farley.
JuandelaCruz001 ditto. Lifestyle and looking for escape.
"Read the script of Atuk, They can't kill us all!" would be a great event
Thankfully none of the other hundreds of people who are involved in the making a film process never looked at the script of the movie they were making.
😂😂
I think for some highly-anticipated films like Star Wars or MCU movies, people only get the pages of the script they are working on, and not the whole thing... but I doubt that happened with this one.
Or any of the other actors involved in the scenes. At least one scene did get filmed.
This. Thank you!
It clearly only affects lead roles
I'd be willing to go one further. Not a single person who has ever seen the script, even by just glancing at it, has lived to 100.
Lol
Hi sherlock holmes
Don worry Sherlock, I don’t think Watson needs to be called out for this one
Ass 😂
...or lived to the ripe old age of one thousand. Spooky, aint it?
Phil Hartman was such an immense underrated talent. I remember when he passed, I had just graduated High school the prior year. Everything surrounding his passing is really sad. R.I.P. Phil. 😥
I think you miss titled it "the curse of illegal drugs".
Was also considering "The Curse of SNL", but that's a horror all its own LOL.
mis-titled
Bee Tooth that’s too funny! ^^
Why hasn't anyone offered the role to Adam Sandler? Ah it probably won't work he has never read a script for his movie, maybe a cursed check will do the job.
Droogs
John Candy was the best of the artwork. Well done.
Yes amazing drawing
Bum bum face
The only one I thought looked accurate. Then again, only so much can be done with the artwork BTS uses.
I knew of the deaths of Belushi, Kinison, Candy, Farley, and Hartman, but I didn't know of the common thread in each tragic story.
Thank you, Bedtime Stories for bringing this story to my attention.
Sam Kinisen's death was just so sad. After getting his drinking under control, a asshole drunk driver kills him.
Then you have Phil Hartman. Every time I hear his name. I can't help but remember his farewell skit with Chris Farley on SNL. Phil holding Chris like he was comforting a child, while looking directly into the camera, and saying goodbye. Was just so heartbreaking.
So, if you get involved with the Atuk script, and decide to make changes to it, and have a history of drug or alcohol addiction, obesity, driving, or marrying crazy people (don't we all), and have also been involved with Saturday Night Live, you're going to die young? That sounds like less of a curse, and more like statistical inevitability. Well done, though. :)
too true, too true.
Isn't Artie Lang still alive?
@@AhNee thats what i thought 😂😁
@@AhNee He is.
This video paints script changes as somehow evidence that it's cursed and I'm just... That happens with every movie ever, especially when movies go through creative changed which again is not that uncommon. Things as often rewritten to suit new actors, or for many other reasons. Just recently Uncut Gems had 160 different drafts of it's script. And that's a movie that actually came out and didn't even change writers. Then there are all the movies that change writers, directors, actors and producers. And there are the doomed projects like Neuromancer that has been in some kind of production since the 90s and has had dozens of people attached only to go nowhere. Or the film adaptation of Atlas Shrugged that was in development purgatory for over 40 years.
This stuff is nothing rare or unusual and neither is actors dying of a drug overdose. So yeah I'm putting this up to statistical inevitability.

John Candy definitely died because he wasn’t taking care of himself. Calling shenanigans on this.
Hollywood lives are short, hard, and violent. This is purely happenstance and there just happens to be a certain script in the middle.
@Digdug30 hell if i had access to end endless supply of quality speedballs id be dead too!
🤣
@@madscientistshusta we do, it's just too expensive to speed Ball everyday.
True, but I'd argue the notability of the names involved around the certain script still makes it weird. Not saying it is a curse, in all likelihood it is coincidence, but I can't really fault anyone for thinking otherwise. Maybe fittingly for Hollywood, this does sound more like a plot than a series of unrelated events.
John candy wasn't the healthiest of people, but his death wasn't because of his health. Hours earlier before his heart attack, he had been filming a horseback scene for 'Wagons East' when he was involved in a serious accident and thrown from his horse. He refused medical treatment and went back to his winibago to rest. What he didn't know was that the accident had caused internal bleeding, haemorrhages and a torn heart valve, and this caused a fatal heart attack. This would have been the outcome whether he was overweight or not. If you don't receive medical treatment with those symptoms, you die.
@@mrbrown2186 tragic.... Just tragic...
I miss John Candy's talent and sense of humour :(
I loved John Candy would totally have dated him.
Im a woman this is my sons account.
To end the curse, an actual Inuit actor must be cast in the lead role.
Should have gotten John Wayne for the job.
@M.r. Moon triggered 😬😬
LOL!
To end the curse, someone must read the script backwards while choking a chicken.
Imagine being this edgy
The strangest and most other-worldy detail of this story: Jim Belushi had a personal trainer
In Blues Brothers he's weirdly very fit. Dancing around etc.

Yes they did

I was in a band in highschool, mostly for fun, I'm 24 now. We'd do small tours around the southeast when we had time off from school. Over a period of 2 years, bad things started happening to all of us, and anyone directly associated with the band members, starting with things like stolen instruments, break-ins and robberies, and building to stuff like a kitten dying unexplainably, nearly fatal car crashes and family in-fighting to the point of divorces. A fellow band put on our cd in their van while driving to a gig and were immediately T-boned at an intersection. This all culminated in the deaths of two of our members within a month of eachother, seemingly of unrelated causes, and myself moving away from our town to try and get away from the misfortunes we were constantly experiencing. It was too strange and complex to properly explain in a comment, but me and the only surviving member of the band still talk to this day about "the curse of AfterEnglish" and how we both felt we were going to literally die if we didnt get out and away when we did. Life is weird.
:( bad things happen to everyone. Sometimes a lot a little.
Post a recording breh let's democratize this curse
When misfortune hits too much one is entitled to questions. An exorcist I know told me that he had to exorcise and free an opera singer who got preternatural troubles after singing an opera aria containing a curse...The content of this script doesn't look like weird nor devilish, nor it is implausible that all of these actors died out of drugs, alcohol and similar excesses, given their way of life, but one should keep a large perspective and ask himself whether something preternatural was involved, maybe out of other reasons - for example, generational spirits or involvement in some very serious evil.
At 2:20 I love the slight self awareness, it really makes the story better
So wait... that script..... it's near word for word the plot of Norm of the North! Now that is the true curse!
Dear God, NO!
Omg that’s what I thought!
Glad I'm not the only one who thought that
To be honest rob would kill any movie I dunno how he ever got work he's ok in small bits but not a leading role
Rob Schneider broke the curse.
And to think John Candy and John Belushi were some of my favorite comedy actors too...
Well hey, if they're your idols then oh boy do I have a script sitting around (locked in a safe) with the lead role just for you! (Jokes aside I absolutely love. Belushi, especially in Blues Brothers. That movie has a very special place in my heart).
Belushi sucked. Candy was pure gold!
Bedtime stories channel: ' a cursed script written by a man named Norman Jewison.'
4chan POL: "Heavy breathing"
Why on earth did she refuse to phone for an ambulance when he was dying in front of her? How heartless can someone be. Bet she would expect someone to get help or phone an ambulance if she suddenly collapsed due to a heart seizure
Addiction makes people do terrible things.
Have you never heard the saying "cold as a whore's heart" ?
Probably because she didn't want to get arrested and the drugs were messing with her head to the point that she didn't realize that things would probably be worse for her if she didn't try to get help.
Because calling for help is the same as shooting yourself in the foot at those point.
I would have packed up all his drugs (the heroin/opioids, tranquilizers, all the good stuff, you can keep the cocaine) and money, anonymously called 911, and quickly and casually left. You know Farley had tons of good prescription opioid painkillers and tranquilizers, money, and top shelf booze. He was ready to party. I would have taken the drugs and money, but still would have called the paramedics
Supposed curse aside, I really need to congratulate you on how sad this story made me feel for everyone involved.
You should also be proud of treating John Belushi's death with more tact and respect than the "Wired" biopic.
Phil Hartman's death still hurts 😟
Did u know him?? Lol
@@dalegribble5661 no need if someone's work leaves that much of an impact on someone it's always tragic to see them go especially if they're well respected

@Mike Rotch exactly.
I wanna say I remember I watching the news the following day with my family, all just sitting there because Brynn was barricaded in the house and the cops where there and the press was reporting everything live and then they just came up and said "Police are inside, both Phil Hartman and Bryn Hartman are dead." It was heavy.
This is rubbish - I've read the Atuk script and I'm fine! In fact I'm....... Uggggh.... Ahhhhhh.... Gaaaaaa!!!!! (thud)!
Lol
Alan Moss 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It only seems to affect those who attempt to alter the script in some way. Strange, since I made a few rewrites myself - A couple of shootouts here, a car chase there, and one of those scenes where they have a showdown on top of a train with a helicopter shooting at- Grrk! Hrhhhh...
hilarious -_-
Journeystomake Alkebulan who is Alan moss?
This makes me think of the urban legend surrounding the Kabuki play Yotsuya Kaidan(Ghost Story of Yotsuya) which has served as the basis for many a Japanese Horror film.
More details please?
Man, a bunch of amazing famous unique actors died because of this. John Belushi, John Candy and, Chris Farley are so unique they can’t be forgotten.
I like the philosophical prologues to the stories. It reminds of the style of Lovecraft.
I'd like to think the United Artists executives stored away the Atuk script in the giant warehouse from the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Man may Chris Farley and John Belushi Rest In Peace
...and the rest?
yeah, in the land of the dumbass
I love it when Bedtime Stories makes reference to themselves. It's like lightly breaking the 4th wall and I don't know why.
Will Ferrell and Jack Black were supposedly interested in the script but are still alive. Jonathon Winters was also interested in the script and he died in 2013 and at the age of 87

Holler from Canada! This narration was excellent. The bit with John Candy drew me in, because he just lived up there road from me. My best memory of Candy is from "Stripes" starring along side Murray, Ramis, Larroquette, and believe it or not Bill Paxton who played one of the soldiers. But yes, this was awesome! Thank you, the work is amazing. Keep it up. :P
An honor to speak with you. I grew up watching a lot of Candy's films myself, my Dad and I love "Armed and Dangerous" and "Who's Harry Crumb". I am glad to have presented this story in a proper and hopefully respectful manner for all to hear.
I happen to live smack in the middle of all these awesome people. Graham Greene, Kim Mitchel, Gord Downie ( R.I.P) Kingston Ontario. Jim Carry. Rick Moranis. No, I don't know these people personally, wish I did. :P
I miss John Candy, grew up with his SCTV skits. Dr. Tongue, Johnny LaRue, Mayor Tommy Shanks, The Schmengley Brothers...
I'm a lean, mean, fighting machine!!!

What's the moral of the story? Speedballs are bad news kids ; )
True! I've tried so many times to lead people to the straight path of either taking one or the other, but they never listen :-)
Aleksandar Grozdanoski
Actually science reveals addiction is uncontrollable unfortunately, very unfortunately
Right. I hate stimulants like cocaine, and when I did heroin several times a day for decades, I didn't want a silly drug like cain fucking with my heroin (true story). I've done my share of speedballs (all IV), but much prefer the powerful opioids/Xanax/alcohol combo, it's my favorite
I mean, unaided chemical addiction is pretty difficult to control after a particular point of severity - there's a reason people can get off cigarettes fine but just cold turkey on something like an opiate can kill you - but there's help available and an unwillingness to consider it can't entirely be blamed on the addiction. When our pride shakes hands with any other of a person's numerous failings it can get people killed. Not always necessarily that person. The argument for my own hubris in this response could be pointed, depending on how I came off unintentionally.
Speedballs were glorious until I couldnt afford em anymore. Fuck drugs! They cost money!
PLANEs,TRAINs and AUTOMOBILEs....lmao...UNCLE BUCK..classic funny....gotta say John Candy was AWESOME...

I think the curse is just what was coming. Drugs, work, poor relationships, and terrible eating habits. It sounds like the script came in at a time when things would reach a climax.
Poor Belushi, Farley and Candy, they were great guys.

i knew john candy had been, but were all the others too?? unfortunately, i don't think that one will ever get made. . . .
... Okay, NOW it's a curse. One script with 5 notable funnymen dead is weird, but TWO? Man...
I have been watching your videos for awhile now and I can say that I love your choice and play of words. I've drawn inspiration in your videos when I write something. Thank you!

I PREDICT IN TWO YEARS this channel will have a million subs.. At least that's my hope for your channel.. My only complaint is that I wish you all posted stories more often.......
And i predict in two years .... your mum!!!
Aarin ~ 100X growth over two years would be pretty phenomenal, but I have seen other channels that I watch pick up 10 times the number of subscribers over a year or two. That looks a lot like exponential growth. A very folksy, but not wholly inadequate way of describing exponential growth goes like this. It grows as it goes. In other words, the more people who find out about this channel and share its existence with their friends may cause it to grow rather more quickly.
Hopefully less.
P.L. W ha!
Doesn't seem like it:(
Man this script got everywhere even affected The Simpsons. Rest in peace Troy McClure
And Lionel Hutz.
Why would it cause so many deaths? Seems strange?
Rest in everlasting peace. I like how you not only say that but you make me really feel like you mean it. Keep up the great work and thank you.
Maybe it's something to do with the fact that the main character is Inuit, and all the people slated to play him were white? Some angry, vengeful native spirits, perhaps?
Honestly, though, most of these dudes lived crazy lifestyles, and the Hollywood film industry is pretty incestuous by all accounts. Everyone is somehow connected. I'm sure one could draw parallels like this with pretty much any given group of dead movie stars/comedians/writers/etcetera.
I just found this channel, by the way, and I'm loving it so far. Super well done, guy.
Gwynn Waggoner I was wondering the same thing. I love John Belushi, Sam Kinison, John Candy and Chris Farley but they don't look Inuit.
Jack Alope exactly!! They were all awesome, hilarious, talented, *caucasian* guys.
Back then, most white people wouldn't realize that putting on bronzer to play an Inuit or First Nations character would be offensive. They wouldn't have considered putting on blackface ( unless it was a kind of social commentary, like Bamboozled, or ridiculous comedic character about that very thing, like Tropic Thunder) but any other culture was fair game. People back then thought they were being progressive if they had one or two non-white characters in their show, and even then, they were either overtly stereotypical, or badly written and whitewashed.
The pendulum has really swung in the other direction now, however. I almost feel like people are a little too sensitive these days, but hopefully things will even out soon, and we can all just be humans. The gods know the pendulum has been stuck on the shitty, hateful, racist side for too long now. It'll be nice when we humans get to the point where we celebrate different cultures, love and respect eachother, and be in a place where nobody has to censor anyone's speech or thoughts, because we'll all be empathetic enough to not say terrible, prejudiced shit and mean it. Where you could tell a transgressive, sick joke, and people will realize you're being facetious, and you're not really a racist/sexist/homophobic piece of shit. I look forward to that day. I hope we humans can find that perfect balance in all areas of our lives, before we fuck up the world worse than we already have.
Whew! That was a total rant! Go, me!
Well done video! I find myself wondering if we would see anything unusual about these deaths if the Atuk script wasn't involved. They're all Hollywood style death of highly talented, highly pressured people. And like other commentators, I enjoy your use of narration, music, script and original art.
Absolutely love your style guys.
Hey there, new to this channel and immediately subscribed. I'm really enjoying the few episodes I've watched so far (and totally planning on binge watching the rest of your content), quite entertaining and just every aspect of the production is fantastic. I really hope you continue to put out the types/kinds of stories like the ones I've seen so far. After reading through all the other comments posted here, I really hope you continue following your instinct on how to present the stories you are telling. So many of the comments make it sound like you are desperately trying to convince the audience that this is 100%, no question or doubt about the existence of this curse and that it was the sole reason all these amazing comedic actors were taken off this world. When (at least to me, and God I hope I'm not alone here) find it very clear that this script being one of, if not the last script or role that each of these actors had before their tragic and untimely deaths, is at the very least a true, interesting, and certainly eerie fact. Obviously their health and/or addictions played a major role in their ultimate demise, but seriously... To everyone saying that this curse is just total bull and clearly isn't a real thing, which title would have been more likely to peak your interest into watching this video, " The Curse of Atuk" or " A bunch of awesome comedic actors from the 70's to 90's that died due to their weight and drug abuse". Point being, you are doing an awesome job putting these stories together and presenting them in a very clear and concise way that is also most entertaining. And last thing I'm gonna say, to the few people that felt the need to comment about "whitewashing" films... First off, take off your woke hipster 2018 goggles and remember that these actors were being considered for this role between the 1970's - 1990's. Back during the amazing era of hire actors to act as and portray a character that differs from whom the actor really is in real life! I know it may be hard to believe or even imagine, but there was a time not so long ago where movie studios didn't have to actually board a ship and travel into international waters risking their very lives just to get actual pirates to be in the next Pirates of the Caribbean film. Second and perhaps even more important (or rather more obvious) is that movies cost a whole lot of money to make. Yes, even before the days of a team of IT guys (and I'm not trying to downplay or degrade the work of all the people doing CGI work these days) doing just about every scene in the film, there were crews of very talented individuals who would work for days or even weeks working to build all these amazing sets and locations that you would see, just to see it literally blow up, as in real explosives and real fire, and only one single chance to get that scene shot and filmed before watching everything they had been working on for weeks on end literally being blown to hell right before their very eyes. Yes, even back in those "primitive" days of filming, it costs a ton of money to make a real legit Hollywood movie. Well hell, I've gone this far so might as well just complete the entire lesson... After watching a movie and the credits start to roll ( you know, the part where all those pesky names continue to scroll on and on while you're just waiting for that last 20 second teaser clip, just hoping for an awesome easter egg to drop), well those are the names of all the people who worked to make that movie experience possible for you. And of course just about everyone knows the actors names and maybe even the Directors name. Then there are the people with titles like Producer or Executive Producer. See those people it turns out are actually quite important. You see, if it wasn't for them, that movie you just enjoyed would not have even been made, because they are the people responsible for putting up the absurd $150 or $200 million that it cost to actually hire your favorite actor, or attain that visionary director, or even pay for the teams of people that work scouting locations, making sets/props/costumes, etc. Now, even though I'm sure most of those producers love the final product of the film, are proud of the fantastic work that everyone put in to make that movie come to life and entertain viewers. But if you were in their position, would all of that be enough of a reward for you? Would you feel like seeing the look on the faces of patrons coming out of the newest blockbuster movie that you helped produce is more than enough compensation for your share of that $150 million you had to shell out so that film could be made? Now maybe I'm totally in the wrong here, but I imagine unless you are just a crazy multi-billionair who is just trying to find a way to burn through as much of your fortune as possible as fast as you possibly can, that the answer would in fact be a resounding no. That money that you had to shell out from the start of the production process wasn't just because, or for funzies, but was actually really an investment, kinda like a loan, just like those crazy bankers (sorry, don't worry, no more tangents and this is finally getting wrapped up I promise.) Now consider that you are a producer for this Atuk film. Now clearly it's not the kinda major picture that is going to cost an outrageous amount to produce (relatively speaking of course, the run of the mill spring release rom-com's total cost is a mere fraction of the cost of the highly anticipated summer action flick). When a particular movie is being made that does not have vast appeal to the widest possible range of potential movie-goers, it doesn't have the draw of the newest exciting sci-fi movie the likes of which has never been seen before, or appeals to the almost overly loyal (and let's be frank here, just to be left disappointed far more often than not) total horror fans. Nor is it the newest in the seemingly endless production line of chick flick that of course have there own guaranteed viewers. When none of those apply (and when you actually sit back and really look at every new movie released just at your local theater over the span of a couple months, a majority of movies fall in this line) there are only a few ways to try and bring in as many people to watch your film as possible. And without a doubt, the absolute easiest and best possible way to draw in as many people ( and ultimately $$) as possible is by what I said when I first mentioned those pesky credits... Just about everyone knows the star of the movie. Normally I would be tempted here to say, "believe it or not" but in this case, it's just so true and obvious that if you don't agree it's simply because you just can't bring yourself around to realize that the specific actor chosen for a role has the potential to bring in people to the theater that would otherwise never even consider watching that particular movie. Now I doubt anyone will ever even see this comment turned short novel, let alone actually read this post that just went on far far longer than I ever thought or intended. It's too bad too cause I really wish the people who posted a comment that I specifically hit on here would take the time just to consider what I've said and really my ultimate hope would just be that everyone just chill out and enjoy the awesome content you are producing for all of us. I again apologize for going on this long and I swear I'm not in any sort of way, in the habit of posting insanely long unnecessary rants like this. I don't know why, there just seemed to be one too many people posting the same things that were just in no way constructive to you and your channel or just seemed angry at basically nothing and for really no reason. Anyways, that's it, I'm done. If there is actually someone who's gone as crazy as I have and actually read all this then seriously major kudos and props to you. And please feel free to add anything or respond with your opinion whether you agree with me at all or not. I swear here and now not to post another crazy book long response (Lol unless that's what is wanted of me) as well as I'm not going to get upset / become abusive or swear at anyone at all. Only sensible and reasonable debates and or discussions. If you just can not engage without basic sense and decency then don't bother trying to start anything.
As an FYI, JFK was interested in this script as well.

I think that the question needs to be asked that, if there was a curse on the script, then why did it not affect far more people? After all, many people involved in these production attemps would have handled, read, or even edited the script.
Also, the SNL connection is not a strong one, as SNL is a sort institution in show business, with a great many celebrities appearing on the program either as long-running cast members or guests.
I think that these tragic deaths are primarily the result of the dangerous effects of substance abuse on those both those who use the substances and people around them.
Primarily the result of far too many cheeseburgers
Too be fair you wouldn’t here about the other people affected like production team etc. they only focus on the big celebs.
Wagons East totally underrated comedy. Just saying the title me made laugh thinking of the man busting into Mcginley book story just to get a few pages from a book to wipe his ass.
Love these videos. Watched most of them now.
First episode watched and Instant Subscriber.
Bro your channel is spooky. I like it
Full support!!
Great production value.
This channel deserves 10 million subs. Interesting Gripping contents.
Why didn't she get him help?! Wtf? Was she investigated??
Nope. 9/10 she didn't get Chris help because call girls usually skirt the line between legal and illegal. When you get down to the brass tax, they're really just a hooker with a nicer job title, plus she probably got Chris the drugs that killed him. While I'm not well versed in the laws that surround the issue. She probably thought she would have faced murder charges if that was the case.
@@logancaine9616 She could have made an anonymous call on the land phone though. Back then they wouldn't have been able to trace the call to her mobile phone.
Prostitutes hate if you don't fuck them. Chris, just wanted company, and not just sex. Prostitutes, some are cold hearted people, or are payed off to kill.
I found it sad the last person he was with was a dirty whore😢
Who remembers Phil Hartman's death happening way more recently, not 98 That's crazy I honestly thought it was no more than 5-10 years ago
Mandela effect??
I think you're misremembering.
Love the tales and stories..
Im so addicted to this and wartime stories. Both r so excellent
Only 4400 subscribers!!???? That should be your next show!! that’s a mystery to me!! 😜 keep up the great work!
Ryan & Reynold Haha, maybe an April Fools episode
Very interesting. Chris Farley's death was inevitable - he truly went bonkos in 97. He is the funniest guy I've ever seen in a movie - he has the comedy dna strand, doesn't even have to try. I saw his last appearance on snl and it's pretty sad but hard to stop watching at the same time. There's loads more to all these stories - recommend the doc on farley. Apparently Andy Dick re-introduced hartman's wife to coke and Jon Lovitz hates him for it and punched him. Poor hartman! What a nice guy and if you listen to simpsons commentaries anytime troy mclure is on they rave about him and always seem devastated as they realise hes dead everytime. He was also really good in small soldiers.
Sam Kinison was also cut down way ahead of his time. Doesn't seem like these tragic kind of celeb deaths happen as much at all anymore due to increased control over them through minders which makes sense from a business point of view. It's only a pity comedy actors today completely suck and don't have a patch on these legends.
That opening was class!
Wow! Creepy!
Love your channel 💕
R.I.P. to all mentioned in this episode.
I miss you all.
love it, nice occult conspiracy
Creepy story, great storytelling👍😄
U and beyond creepy r the 2 best channels on CZcams imo!
Hmmm, I thought I saw somewhere a while back a photo of the SNL team with Chris Farley with them in the shot, with the title or headline saying “The Curse of SNL”, or something to that respect. Can’t quite recall if I read the article or not, but knew the great actors mentioned in the The Curse of Atuk dying way before their times. Belushi and Candy I have almost all of their films; Farley I have 3 or 4; Phil Hartman, a couple. Comedy somehow ‘died’ for me around 1997, as the men I came to admire had all passed away replaced by others I can’t really follow.
What gets me is that the woman didn’t want to help Chris Farley out in the room. That’s just plain wrong. 😔
RIP great buddies. I know you’re up there somewhere above us...and what would they think of the World today they left behind? 🤔
Thanks for getting this story out there for everyone. 👍
awesome... I wish u guys upload more often 😎
If only we could! Maybe when we have more subscribers we'll be able to afford it.
I was not expecting Hatman....wow. This is a wild one. 😳
I can't praise the artist enough on your channel!!❤❤❤👏👏👏👏
The artist also captured John Candy very well.
There's a lot of drugs in the movie/TV World. Just a coincidence.
Richard Helliwell there are drugs every day everywhere sadly and not everyone is dying because of that
In my country Malaysia "ATUK" means grandfather 😊..love your channels.tq
this is the craziest of all these stories on this channel...and there are a lot of crazy stories
The scariest part was listening to that screen play, imagine being proud of that and thinking it can be a blockbuster hit
