These cops are heroic to so bravely arrest an old man having a grand mall seizure. Their parents must be very proud.

The officer seems very aggressive over a medical call. There definitely needs to be better training around epilepsy. If the officer backed off for a second this could’ve been prevented. The victim is coming out of a seizure and is not fully conscious. He is reacting to being physically r
    attacked.

American cops are not trained to be decent to the people they are supposed to be helping. This cop has the understanding and demeanor of an abused dog, and this man was terribly unlucky to have that dog set upon him.

This isn't a training issue because they knew at the hospital that he was having a seizure and insisted on arresting anyway. This is the most despicable display of police arrogance ever. There is no possible reason that these officers should retain their qualified immunity, including the "chief" of police who is still defending their actions.

Likely because his wife is black, they assumed he was drunk or on drugs.

His wife is an idiot. She could've explained what happened instead of crying "Oh my gawd. Baby, stop fighting" over and over a dozen times. Not helping, lady; only making it worse.🤦‍♀️
