Context: After winning Seaside war, ballas wanted to get revenge on RUST for oceandumping them and making them lose 450k worth of gear. Ballas kidnap Franky from scrapyard and ask for 450k to save his life. Ray pretends to go get the money but comes back with heroin and a 6 man. They shoot Jon and the fight begins at the dam. It ends up in Ballas wiping RUST.
