75 hard challenge created by Andy Frisella isn't anything to mess with.
My wife and I made it a solid week before we had to throw in the towel.

I gave it 5 consecutive attempts last year only ever got to day 17.
Getting it in as early as possible is so important.
Also pick a diet that you can stick to. I was doing keto and it got too much. In the future I think I would do low carb too.
Depends how strict you want to be but I also found out the workouts have to be 3 hours apart. It was heart breaking to hear this as I was cycling home from a 15mile bike ride, that I did immediately after a 2 hour leg session in the gym.
My biggest advice is don't go too hard as you have to go every day and coffee is not your friend.
It's really easy to start drinking lots of coffee because you feel so tired but you end up getting a worse quality of sleep and then become anxious and panicked you won't complete all the parts of the challenge. I felt like this anxiety meant I was procrastinating more.

Double check, but second workout must be done 3 hours after first to count. Garage doesn’t count, part of the mental toughness of the challenge 😊 to be true to the program.
