We do this with pigs blood, we call it black pudding or blood pudding. It will taste of Iron, very metallic tasting. Very common here in the UK. Also poor areas of the world often eat/drink blood that has clotted or raw. I cant imagine it tasting any worse or better than standard stuff we make here from pigs blood. My point with this is, dont draw your blood or anyone elses just buy black pudding if you want to try something that taste the same.

Okay, for all the people saying this guy is crazy, it's not really human meat. It's litterally just his blood mixed in a burger. Sure, It's wierd, but it's not "demonic" like some people have said.
He was just doing something goofy. And hell, when he eats that burger, he just gets his own blood back. It's *mostly* fine. I wouldn't be concerned about him.
and think about it, we do this to cows all the time. We raise, murder, butcher, and eat cow's remains on burgers. We eat cow blood every time we have a burger. This is basically no differnt. He put some blood in some fake meat stuff, and made a patty. It's also similar to those expiriments where they grow cow meat in labs.
